Fantastic location! Bit surprised by the speed of boat traffic on the intracoastal and had to keep the kids off the kayaks, but wonderful place and we would do it again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking. All I was looking forward to on our stay was to sit outside and enjoy the view. The photos provided for this listing are an accurate depiction of the property. We enjoyed morning sunrises and dolphin sightings. The host was extremely attentive to our immediate needs.We definitely will be back to enjoy more R&R!

This is a great house. We had 6 adults in our party for a long weekend. The layout is great with easy access garages downstairs and very inviting and comfortable decor upstairs. The fishing dock is mere steps from the back porch, the views are awesome, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We totally unplugged just living next to the water, fishing, grilling, relaxin, paddling (kayaks are available to drop in next to the fishing dock). The host is super responsive for any question you might have.

. The shower upstairs has very low water pressure due to half the water running out the bottom nozzle instead of all of it going thru the shower All else was great

We have been staying here for 4 years and always have a great time. The house is very clean and well equipped.

My wife and I had stayed here a few years ago and finally found they had open dates for Labor Day weekend. This is one of the times we annually travel for our birthdays and anniversary. We booked and then our 2 adult sons and one of their girlfriends were able to join us.The house has been remodeled since we were there last and is very luxurious yet homey. The open concept central room is great with views of Redfish Bay and the intrcoastal waterway out the back windows and a lovely view down the canal across the street out the front. The kitchen has everything you and lots of counter space. The fridge even makes Ball Ice for cocktails. The 3 2nd floor bedroom are very nice, especially the primary bedroom and its amazing bath! Room for everyone with enough privacy to go to bed early or sleep late, even with others it the living room. Caught a few fish off the pier. Not as many as last time. Was mid fall last time instead of end of summer this time. Can't wait to go back.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. It came with everything you need and so much extra as well. Our kids enjoyed the kayaks. We all cought several fish off the dock. Will visit again.

We had an amazing time at Camille’s place. Her home was stunning with stunning views from every room. The front views looked like a post card my daughter said which is where she spent most of her time and the back views were just as amazing. We woke up and had coffee of the porch overlooking the water watching the sunrise and set everyday. There were dolphins everyday sometimes twice a day. The yard is fenced and perfect for pets. The pictures online are what made us book, but the place was even better than pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were grocery stores and places to eat right up the road. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

This bay house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch had the stair way removed from the center of the porch, and now it is on the outside of the home. This was an excellent improvement.Washer and dryer were in very good condition as was the dishwasher.Overall, it was a most relaxing stay for my sons, their wives and their children.

Brought back great memories and allowed me to make new ones! Very spacious home with plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Master bathroom and closet were amazing. Love the backyard porch and private pier! We caught something huge on the back of the pier that snapped a fishing pole! The only opportunity is that the 1st floor bunkbed room smelled like smoke or had a weird odor. Great location off the water!

This is our annual family vacation; as always the place is just as described and I highly recommend. We are planning to go again next year; Some new restraunts in the area are very good.

Property is very nice, well equipped and has great decks. Only ding is we love fishing and had hopes for the pier. The water in front of pier was a hiway everyday. Boats flying by so close we could not cast out. Maybe not alwa y s like this but that was our experience

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is a lovely home, tastefully furnished and very well stocked. The location is good and it is very handy for fishing or just enjoying the view. A big plus for us is that the back yard is now fenced, so our dog enjoyed his visit, too.

Never, ever disappoints on any level. My 4th time to rent it.

We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful house with two other families. It has stunning waterfront scenery right from the back porch especially during the gorgeous sunrise. The kids were thrilled to fish from the private pier and even more excited to ride the kayaks and play ping pong, all provided by the host. Our two small dogs enjoyed running around in the secured backyard, making it a great spot for everyone. The home was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short drive to Rockport Beach. This was the perfect spot for friends and family to unwind, make great memories, and enjoy everything Rockport has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

First… the view is amazing!! Made sure I was up first thing in the morning to watch the sun come up with a cup of coffee on the back deck. We loved everything about this house! I can’t think of anything I would change about it! We are a family of 6 & it had More than enough space to come together to have a meal, play board games but also retreat to your own space. All you need to bring is your clothes,toiletries & your groceries.. everything else the house had. Neighborhood was very quiet/peaceful. The beach, coffee places, and restaurants were all within minutes away. We definitely want to come back!!!

I’ll start with the good stuff - beautiful location and views. Clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Quiet at night. During the day, a parade of boats going (I should say “flying”) by directly in front of the pier.Here’s the thing: There was a list of instructions attached to the fridge that rivaled probation instructions. Do this. Don’t do that. I get it, really I do. I ran my own VRBO house for about 9 years. I never wanted my guests to stress - they’re on vacation after all. Here you’re told to remove sheets and towels (fine) and put them in the laundry room. Then it says that you need to go to Walmart and buy new sheets or towels in the event of any stain! Yikes. All dishes were to be washed and put in the same place you found them. I found myself asking others “where did you get this from?” so I would be in compliance. If you used the grill (we didn’t) you were to clean it. I NEVER required my guests clean the grill. There were other things too. Just kinda puts you in fear mode the moment you walk in the door.I also sent a message to the host saying that we were coming to visit our son and his wife (who just arrived there and were only staying three months) and that we had never been to Corpus Christi before. No response. Not that that required a response, but if one of my guests said that, I’d be all over that with a welcome response and recommendations.Anyway, it’s a great property. Just maybe they might want to lighten up and show a virtual smile!

Great location. Convenient to Rockport, Fulton, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Having a fully stocked kitchen was so helpful for meals. We loved it and plan to be back.

In past 18 yrs I have leased 10 different vacation homes. This is only one I have returned to...I have leased this home 3 times. Camille Hudson is a joy to work with and home is beautiful.

This house checked all of the boxes for our family - location, fishing pier, size, and incredible views. And had everything we needed and then some. We have stayed in a few homes in the area and the young adults in our family always request to come back to this house. Convenient to restaurants, town, and fishing. Looking forward to our next visit!

We obviously love this house because we continue to come back year after year. The layout is just perfect and the view is amazing. We enjoyed fishing and hanging out in the garage area. I love all the space and thoughtful touches everywhere. If you like to cook, this kitchen is for you. The layout and the big island are optimal for cooking and serving meals. The appliances are top of the line. The living room TV is huge and we watched a lot of football on it this week. The master bedroom is big and comfortable with tons of storage in the bathroom/walk in closet. The wifi is fast and reliable. Can't wait to book our fourth stay!

The house is a short paddle away from some great fishing spots and it was extremely easy to launch kayaks from the peir.

Well stocked beautiful home. Plenty of room for a large family to get together to enjoy the bay views and do a little fishing off the dock. We spent lots of time on the deck relaxing and enjoying the sunshine on the water.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. Celebrated father's 70th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! The views really are spectacular! Even saw dolphins a few times. We will definitely be coming back again.
