Stayed Dec 5, 2025It was a little unsettling to have a space heater running at the bottom of the bed to help prevent frozen pipes. I was worried the blanket would fall on it. But I understand the need to prevent frozen pipes. All went well. I recommend a warmer blanket on the bed in the bedroom. Otherwise it was a nice stay in a cute tiny home! My son loved the loft.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025This tiny house was a great spot to use as a home base while we spent time in the high country. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heat was plentiful, the beds were comfortable with many pillows, which made it a nice, cozy spot after long, busy days! The neighborhood was quiet and the parking spot was big enough for our large pickup truck. Anita, Haley, and Alex were perfect hosts. The communication was cordial, prompt, and we felt very welcomed. They were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating. AWe hope to stay here again the next time we come up to Fairplay. It was a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommended!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Wish there were a small couch with 4 TV trays instead of a table and 4 chairs. Not really conducive to watching any TV. Maybe a small shelf on the bathroom wall to put a makeup or toiletries bag since tge counter has no room. Every thing else was fine.

Stayed Sep 17, 2024Pros- Fluffy clean towels, basic spices plus oil, coffee and filters, a couple snacks, decent bedding, propane grill Cons- It’s a camper covered in pine. It is bouncy. The entire place shakes when the washing machine is on. The layout is not comfortable . No sofa and barely enough room for the little wood chairs. Lots of signs telling you to “do the dishes”, “no food or drink on the loft” (Where are you suppose to relax with a snack?). And the absolute worse is the RV toilet and it’s accompanied sign telling you how to flush and if you don’t do it correctly you will be charged $250!
