Luxurious & Spacious one-of-a-kind BEACH home with indoor lap pool and hot tub

Excellent home that is furnished perfectly and well labeled making it super easy to find everything.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT. WHOMEVER PUT IT TOGETHER THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. REALLY. THERE WAS NOTHING WE NEEDED, IT WAS ALL THERE. KITCHEN HAD ALL THE COOKING UTENSILS AND APPLIANCES.

The house was beautiful, inviting and so much fun to cook in! We had a blast doing team builders on the beach and the host made sure we had firewood for our late night meetings! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. There were so many activities to do in the house between swimming, ping pong, pool, games, and of course the beach! Would highly recommend.

The house was everything you would want in a vacation home. We are planning on using in again for next year. We had the water heater partially go out so we were running out of hot water. a call to Alice and she had a plumber come out that day. the fire pit was nice to sit at and talk. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, and game room in the garage.

This place is amazing! They have provided for every need. The home is beautiful, the beach is easy to reach and wonderful, and the location is perfect. We made s’mores in the firepit, cooked in the wonderful kitchen, enjoyed the great pool and hot tub, and loved the amenities. What fabulous showers! Recommend most highly!

Plenty of space, easy beach access. Weather better than was predicted, neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Very well maintained property, recently remodeled kitchen, new laminate throughout. Be sure to bring your user name and password for any streaming services you plan to use. Billiard table/equipment has seen some rough use and is not level but made for some comical/entertaining games.

Our family had a great time at this beautiful house! It was very well set up and stocked with everything we needed!Hopefully will book again.

We were three generations ages 4 to 78 and we all loved our stay. Lots of games and activities for all ages not to mention the indoor pool and spa. Easy access to a beautiful uncrowded beach full of wonders for all of us. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen including full coffee, hot cocoa setup. We were even greeted with a full fruit basket. So much to do we never made it to the outdoor fire pit. Very accommodating host. We will be back.

This was an amazing property! It was recently remodeled and it’s simply beautiful. The property manager was great and she even brought us a ton of fresh fruit as a welcome gift. I HIGHLY recommend this property. I would even consider purchasing this home, if it were an option!

Home was well stocked, plenty of room, short walk to beach, awesome indoor pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of room to spread out. Check-in could have been easier by allowing us to have the code sooner than later as well as the walk-thru.

The home is beautiful and spacious, allowing us to enjoy a private, relaxing weekend away with our family of seven plus an infant. It has very close and easy access to the beach and we were able to take a short drive to enjoy the redwoods and the trees of mystery. The pool is a lap pool, so it’s a little small for a large group, but they enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of amenities on site which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at this oceanfront Brookings beach house was fantastic! The spacious layout comfortably fit our entire family, and the amenities (fireplaces, fire pit, pool and hot tub) were perfect for cozy evenings. The house had everything we needed for memorable meals together, both indoors and on the deck. It felt like a true home away from home – we didn't want to leave! **Recommendation:** Highly recommend this property for families looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Brookings.

This was a great VRBO with plenty of room and things to do. The location to the beach was awesome. We were able to walk the beach on low tide and even swam during the days. The house had plenty to do with all of the games for the kids to play. It was very clean and communication was good thru the whole process. We would definitely come back.

We stayed here in March of 2024 for 5 nights. We came here for my son's 16th birthday. We had two of his friends with us as well, so a party of 7. PROS: - Beach access is directly behind the property. You use a shared walk through in between the properties. The signage leads you there. - Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's perfect for large groups. - the pool table, ping pong table, and basketball arcade were a HUGE hit! - I love the dining room table is so huge. It was great for meals and for games. - The indoor swim spa was super fun for the kids and adults! - They leave you fresh fruit as a gift. CONS: - Check-in was awkward and weird. You have to meet the manager at the property. The communication and timing were really weird. She was 20 minutes late. We had such a wonderful time, we extended a day, and that was done without a hitch For a place this expensive, you would think it's updated. The master suite is BEAUTIFUL! Totally re-done. But the rest of the house looks like it came out of the 1980's. It's fine, but for the price I thought it should be more updated. - The pool/hot tub is THROUGH the master bedroom. This was a bit intrusive to me. They can walk outside, but nobody ever wanted to. - The kitchen is pretty small. For cooking for such a large amount of people, it was really tight. - When you get out of the swim spa, the metal poles are not secured to the ground well. It felt like they were going to break if you used them at all.

We enjoyed the stay at the house. Ages 9 through 70. House was clean and accommodated our entire family. A short walk down to the beach was well used by our family.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay especially if you just need to unplug and leave it all behind. Gorgeous home, wonderful amenities and excellent management.
