Luxurious Private Getaway in Scottsdale's Carefree Hills!

The house was perfect. We had 3 couples so the 3 bedroom and 3 bath was perfect. We also liked all the various sitting locations. There was more than enough room in the house. We loved the upstairs where we watched the sunset every night. We called it our Sunset Bar. We enjoyed the pool very much, too.

This was our 3rd stay here. We plan to return! Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house is done well and quite comfortable for our family. The owner was very responsive when needed. Highly recommend this home!

We absolutely loved the outdoor oasis and the peace and tranquility of the area. Our kids lived in the pool, and didn’t run out of pool toys to play with. The sunsets were spectacular from the observation deck, and we enjoyed dinners outside every night. The house is quite well stocked and very comfortable (tons of space - we didn’t even use half of the house as a family of 5). Tim was a very responsive host, and we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for quiet, desert oasis away from the bustle, this is a must stay. We would book again!

Great home with excellent communications from host. Pool area was perfect for our group. Great hiking in that general area. House well stocked for whatever you need for cooking, pool and games. House was clean and well maintained.

The kitchen was very well stocked. Spices, etc. there were many sitting areas. We were 5 ladies and felt it was a very safe neighborhood. The landscape was amazing. The pool area was very enjoyable. The owner provided many nice things like shampoo, body wash, cleaning supplies. We would highly recommend.

Definitely one of the very best vacation rental homes we have ever rented, and we have rented a lot. The 4,000 square foot adobe home is beautiful. The kitchen is fabulous. The pool is extraordinary and the property is beautifully landscaped. Unforgettable.

The pool was incredible, the yard and surrounding area were gorgeous. The house was huge and beautiful as well. We loved it, and can’t wait to come back. Great hiking nearby as well, such a great vacation!

Fabulous location, landscaping and pool. Impressive interior although we were mostly outside. Very comfy beds. Kitchen equipment would be enhanced by a meat thermometer and a basting brush for barbecuing. Otherwise well stocked kitchen with lots of condiments. The roof top patio cannot be beat for stargazing and watching sunsets!

The home is in a great location and neighborhood with much space and privacy. It's roomy, clean and well stocked with necessary supplies and amenities. Tim is very is easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Beautiful House and backyard. These guys have all of plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker TV's and beds were quite comfortable. Didnt use pool, but it and waterfall are lovely. Would recommend this place!

This place is amazing, beautiful and quiet. Spent four night just my wife and I for our anniversary. We plan on going again sometime in 2026 with the kids. I believe we found our yearly Scottsdale vacation home.We will be back!!

Beautiful home with fabulous rooftop deck with views of mountain and city lights. Home was close to venue for my daughter's wedding and was perfect for wedding day preperations.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. Just two issues. One there was a large hole in the middle of the driveway. Probably from some underground utility maintenance. And the other is the jacuzzi tub that did not work.Otherwise, this is a great property and we would highly recommend staying here. Lots of wildlife to see and hear. We enjoyed going on the roof at night and counting the stars and the pool is the best feature especially at this time of year! We also enjoyed the night life of the restaurants and shopping in the surrounding communities. We will be back! 5 stars out of 5 definitely.Thanks, Lee Czerwonka

Our stay was perfect in every way! The home is everything we expected and more. It was immaculately clean, impressively stocked & tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful & the views are outstanding. The grounds are gorgeous; the pool & waterfall wonderfully relaxing. We loved being on the outskirts of the city, with the amazing little town of Cave Creek, as well as great hikes of varying distances & elevations, a short drive or ride share away. We will absolutely consider returning to this home in the future!

Stayed here with a friend. Such a beautiful location, very quiet. The home us just as described. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed sitting out and listening to the waterfall. Would definetley stay here again.

We had a lovely experience at this home. The yard and pool are beautiful, and we saw plenty of wildlife including quail and roadrunners. The home is very spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking. I would recommend without hesitation.

Usually stay in the Cave creek area every winter. Love the location and the size was perfect for my father and son that joined us.

What a great house! Lovely, and truly a villaIt is far from everything, which is a plus and also means a lot of driving in traffic to town for restaurants, etc.

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful home and can’t wait to go back. It’s in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with amazing views of the sunrise, sunset and the brilliant stars at night. We cancelled excursions just to relax by the pool and enjoy watching the wildlife pass thru the yard. We loved every moment of our time there.
