Luxurious Private Estate with Hot Tub. Game Room, Grand Piano- Near Ski Resort

A consistent theme across many of the negative reviews is cleanliness — and I strongly encourage future guests to take those concerns seriously before booking, or be prepared for some level of disappointment.The house itself is quite outdated, which may be acceptable depending on expectations. However, the cleanliness issues were harder to overlook. We found multiple stained towels and pillowcases, as well as hair in the blankets from previous guests. The grill had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. Now, I am sure the property manager will have a quick come back of why didn't you call us right away, well, I shouldn't have to walk into a house with dirty pillow cases and dirty grill to begin with! So, I suggest paying attention to those details.This was especially frustrating given the 550 cleaning fee — and the fact that checkout instructions still require guests to start the wash cycle for the towels.On the positive side:•For large groups needing many bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is very accommodating despite its dated condition.•The location is excellent, with convenient access to several ski resorts.•The property manager is responsive, communicative during the stay, and makes an effort to help when issues arise.

Very cozy house after a long day of skiing, perfectly situated near so many different resorts, and PLENTY of space for large groups.

Overall, we had a great time at this home. The location was convenient. It was clean and spacious, large enough to comfortably fit our 27 person family reunion. Lisa was also quick to respond to messages.

Tons of space, and spaces to spread out… great outdoor enjoyment too!!!

It met all our needs. We have a group of disabled veterans using the disability center at Snowbird. The home is perfect for Snowbird access. The bedrooms are many w multiple beds in each room. Lots of bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved staying here and booking again for next year!

Our group was made up of 14 adults for a ski and business retreat.Pros: - Location is great with several ski resorts within a 30 minute drive. - Plenty of room to sleep with 10 bedrooms and lots of extra beds.- Plenty of parking.- Kitchen is a good hub for the home with the big granite island and seating (even though it's tough to move around in as a result)Cons.- The photos on the listing didn't match reality. After comparing, it's clear they chose the best possible angles and edited lighting, cleaned them up, etc. - The way the house was remodeled makes it feel very piecemeal and not professionally done. There are lots of flooring level changes covered by duct taped rugs, windows covered over by new walls and you can see insulation through the windows, random mismatched cabinets, a christmas present bag covering an electrical panel, etc. - The kitchen was disorganized and many of the dishes on the shelves were dirty. We believe this could be a result of requiring tenants to do all the dishes and put them away before a 10AM checkout. We did our best to accomplish this, but I don't think it's possible if you eat breakfast on checkout day with a large group.If you're looking for a high-end estate, this isn't it. If you're looking for a home that's functional for large groups and you don't mind if it has eccentricities, it's sufficient.

This place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Lots of room and a big kitchen. The beds were ver comfortable. The host, Lisa was so easy to work with

We had a family group including three generations. All of the different living spaces made it easy for different groups to spend time together - playing pool in one room, playing board games in another, listening to the the piano in a third group, and just chatting in a fourth. We particularly enjoyed the decorations - the knight in armor at the top of the stairs and the four poster bed with curtains. My grandchildren were thrilled to sleep there. The kitchen was well supplied and easy to operate in. We made happy memories.

I rented the house for all of my bridal party to stay in for the weekend of our wedding. Overall, the house was able to accommodate 15 of us very comfortably. The location was great - it’s difficult to find a house that can accommodate all of us in that area and has an area where we all could congregate to hang out. We got ready in the main room - the light was perfect for hair and makeup. The driveway was also able to accommodate all the cars we needed (a great plus!). There were a few discrepancies between the listing and the information received from the host through communication and check in - nothing egregious, but a bit frustrating when trying to coordinate many things over the weekend. Lastly, the house seemed a bit dirty - hairs in the bathrooms, tubs not cleaned prior to check in. This house is great for a large amount of people who need a great area to stay in. The host is responsive and accommodating to requests.

We stayed in this house for a week playing games with lots of friends. It was a great space with lots of comfortable beds and lots of tables to play games on. The property is secluded and beautiful. The directions for checkin and check out were clear and easy. This is our second time staying here, and we definitely want to stay here again.

House was large as advertised. Great areas for large groups. Maintenance and cleanliness were a bit forgotten. Close to d'town, airport, the mountains and anything you would need or want for a large outing.

We had a wonderful time there. The home is spacious and very clean. Checkin was easy. Plenty of room for parking. Good location for restaurants and activities. It was great for a family reunion of 37 people ages 6 months to 75 years. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Nice place.

We enjoyed our weekend at this home. It is a unique property full of character.

We enjoyed our stay in Lisa‘s house. We were there for a nonprofit board meeting. The large kitchen was great for catering and meals. We used Elizabeth’s Catering and would highly recommend them as well! There was plenty of room for the caterer to set up a buffet as well, as for all of us to eat around the island in the kitchen. The 10 of us were able to hold our meeting around the large dining room table that was right off of the kitchen area. The outdoor space is great for hanging out, grilling if you want to, and playing outdoor games! The house has cornhole, giant Jenga, ring toss, and a few other outdoor games. Inside, the ping pong/pool table was fun as well! The only thing to be aware of is that there are only four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has a bathroom down the hallway that is essentially a private bathroom for that bedroom. Two bedrooms in one upstairs area share one bathroom. Three bedrooms in a second upstairs area share a very unique bathroom set up. Most bedrooms are set up with multiple beds so that you can fit a lot of people in the house if you need to! We had a couple of very minor issues and Lisa was very quick to respond and help us address those in a timely fashion. Prior to our arrival, when I had questions and reached out to Lisa, she always responded quickly. She is a great host! We would absolutely return for another stay at this home!
