Stayed Dec 30, 2025Clean rooms, nice and warm and cosy, certainly has the wow factor as you enter. A little disappointed there was no Xmas tree but was made to look festive. A few issues which were handled swiftly and efficiently, a great new year’s celebration with family. Easy walking distance to the Hogmanay celebrations.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025This property was absolutely amazing. We’ve stayed at 40–50 different rentals over the past decade and this is definitely in the top five. The location is fantastic, and the property is spacious, clean, historic, updated, and just beautiful. We stayed with our family of six and it was perfect. If we are in Edinburgh again, we will absolutely stay here.

The location was really lovely… walking distance to a great shop, park, and Stockbridge… The house itself is perfectly appointed, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Marie-Claire was a lovely host… we could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Stayed May 24, 2024This is a beautiful town home with very nice amount of space. We had 6 taller adults and were able to sleep comfortably on the beds. The neighborhood is quiet and a good location to area attractions. Kitchen was well stocked and convenient place to make meals and snacks. Really enjoyed our time at this property.

The attention to detail in the layout and styling was simply beautiful. Everything you may possibly need was provided. We couldn’t ask for more. Wouldn’t hesitate to return again and definitely stay for longer.
