Stayed Jun 21, 2024Wind River Canyon (10 minutes south of Thermopolis), where this house is located is a place of truly stunning beauty and dramatic views. This is one of very few homes in the canyon. Sitting out on the front porch in the morning or evening is worth the trip in an of itself. The views of the canyon and the cliffs rising about the river in every direction are just hard to beat. The house itself is just as advertised...though the photos make it look much darker in the interior than it is. It's pretty contemporary in style and in great shape. Everything you'd want for a family or group of friends. The only negatives would be that the road through the canyon is only about 100 yards down the hills...so there is some traffic noise...and one fo the neighboring houses has a certain Appalachian flair to it. Bottom line though is that it is a great house in a great locaiton. A memorable stay. (

Stayed Jun 25, 2024All i can say is Wow! The house was absolutely spotless and smelled great. I could tell that this home was built with quality in mind. Everything we needed was provided. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. We had fun hiking and soaking in the hot springs in Thermopolis, which is a short distance from the house. This is a hidden gem and you won't be disappointed.
