Luxurious Large Home, Beautiful Pool, Extensive Gardens

Well equipped kitchen for Thanksgiving! Loved having two fridges and two dishwashers!! The weather was too cold to take advantage of the pool but the grounds were lovely and so was the hot tub!!

Our family has stayed at Valley Lane before and the host David is always a pleasure to work with. So friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it rained a few days out of the week we were there but we still had a great time: cooking, playing board, poo, shuffle board, board games and just spemding time together. We had requested that they heat the pool,so glad we did!It was perfect. We also enjoyed the fruit trees, and vegetable garden.Fresh apples, figs,cherry tomatoes, kale, strawberries, grapes on the vine!Phone reception is spotty but we were all together, so we didnt care!Definately recommend Valley Lane for relaxing get away.Thank you David for everything!The Castellucci Family

My friends and I had a wonderful time at David's property. The house, pool, and hot tub were as described and comfortably fit my group of 12. David was also very responsive to any questions I had.

This place has everything anyone can need. Everything.So many beds. The dormitory section is great for the kids. Bedrooms are large and well appointed.Fruit trees surrounding the property. Tons of tomatoes that we all enjoyed.ADavid answers any questions within minutes. Thank you David.

Great house and a great location!

Beautiful house and surrounding gardens. The property really is equipped with everything we could have needed. Hot tub, pool table, and comfortable beds were some of our favorite things. The only downsides are that the neighboring properties are very close and were doing construction on two sides of the house for most of the time we were there, so being outside was not as peaceful as we’d hoped (especially since no outdoor music is allowed). It would also be great to have some screens on windows or more info on how to adjust temperature in the house. Still glad we got to spend some fun time in Guerneville with Armstrong Woods & town 3-5 minutes away.

This was a great house for hanging out with two families with 17 year olds for a long weekend. Hot tub, pool, outdoor dining with a great grill lead to full great days.

The property is stunning, the house has everything you need, the kitchen was fully equipped with every gadget required for a gourmet meal. The pool was amazing to have, the hot tub was a killer, the outdoor space was stunning. All in all an incredible experience. The costs do start to add up with pool heating, dogs, etc. so make sure to read the listing in its entirety before committing. The host was very communicative and respectful. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a great getaway with friends. The property is gorgeous and well cared for. Only thing to note is strict quiet hours and no outdoor amplified music allowed.

We found this home to be the perfect spot for our gathering with a group of 40 year old women. The house was clean and stocked with supplies and had plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably as well as have alone moments as needed for phone calls or reading. We were able to pay extra for the pool to be heated and for late checkout. We really enjoyed the proximity to hiking in the redwoods at Armstrong Woods, having dinner catered by a local chef at Quiche & Carry, and a visit from a masseuse. The manager is very strict with the rules but we had no problem following them.

Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!

I stayed in this house with my fiancée and ten friends, and it was perfect! The house's interior is very nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The front and back yards are gorgeous with fruit trees / vegetable plants (that guests are allowed to eat while staying there), places to quietly sit and read, a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics - we cooked all our dinners at the house - and there are both indoor and outdoor tables that comfortably seat 12 people. It's in a quiet neighborhood less than five minutes from Armstrong Redwood State Park and downtown Guerneville. David was very nice and quick to answer my questions while we were preparing for the trip. We loved our time at the house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in the Russian River area!

We just had an amazing family reunion at this spectacular home, and it was perfect for grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, toddlers and even teens. Thank you for offering up such a great, well-stocked and organized and well-tended home.

We loved the property, especially the pool and backyard garden area. We did a ton of cooking and were able to use many of the herbs and the outdoor seating area. The game room was also a big hit with our crew. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out so everyone had the ability to enjoy some downtime.

We’re in love with this house. It is large, comfortable, well-appointed and helps create beautiful memories. Communication is clear and thorough and all the processes for check in & out are simple. We’ll be back.
