Stayed May 2, 2025This was our 2nd stay in Carr House. It’s a great home with fantastic outside space. We love Kirkby Lonsdale and visit at least once a year. We have stayed in many properties all of which have been lovely in their own way. Carr House is our favourite though. Great experience from communication with Clare and ease of check in and check out. We hope to return again!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Was in the area for a birthday party. I know this area well and can say when you walk in the house and then begin to explore the floors, its much larger than it appears in the pictures. Location is 5 min walk to the Royal Hotel and Grocery store.Coming in from overseas arriving early, Clare was super accommodating. Plenty of off street parking. While I didn't use the kitchen its well stocked. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed Aug 23, 20248 of us stayed 18-79 years plenty of bathrooms and toilets which is always a bonus - we spent most of our time in the kitchen round the table even managed to have the bi fold doors open occasionally - really handy for walking into Kirkby Lonsdale too

Stayed Dec 29, 2023We had a wonderful stay in this property over new year. The property is very close to the centre of Kirby Lonsdale & also for exploring the surrounding countryside. The property is very clean and cosy, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is also well equipped. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Impressive property in a nice street. Despite being very close to other properties didn't notice any noise. Neighbours also friendly too. Location was fantastic. Closer to town than expected. Not even 5 minutes walk to most things. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped with more utensils, crockery and cutlery than I've seen in any other property. Great clear communication with property owner. Would stay again.
