Amazing backyard and outdoor area!!

Frank tends to all your needs and couldn’t be more friendly. Everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy is available at his property. We spent all our time in the backyard oasis or sunroom. Grand daughter wanted to leave the beach to go back to the house more than once!

Host is very responsive. Backyard is beautiful. Beds are extremely comfortable. This is THE place to stay if you are traveling to Venice! Will stay again!

Excellent home! Home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and like the reviews said backyard was fantastic? All sorts of beach stuff available for you to use including chairs, umbrella's, cooler, and much more. Also bed's were very comfortable in all rooms! Check-in and out was a breeze. Frank was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This property was exactly like the photos. Check in was easy. The kitchen had everything needed for making meals. The host, Frank was amazing to deal with.

The house was clean and very accommodating to a lot of beaches. The outside area was stunning. We all had the best time.

The property is beautifully redone with wonderful touches. The location is very convenient to everything we enjoyed the pool and property enjoying the peace of the surroundings. The only issue we had were the beds were too soft for us but that is a personal preference. I appreciate their effort to make sure the place was thoroughly cleaned for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!! We had an amazing stay at this property. We have stayed at several beach vacation homes and chose this one based on the good reviews, close proximity to the beach, and the pool area. We were not disappointed! The description and pictures are accurate, and the 5 reviews are deserved! Check in was easy, and the owner Frank checked in with us to make sure we got in ok, gave us some tips for our stay, and some instructions for the house. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was clean, beds were soft and comfortable.There are beach accessories chairs, umbrellas, cooler & cart to take to the beach, everything you could need! Manasota Beach is only a 4 min drive. The pool area is lovely! Plenty of loungers, cute cabana, pool was clean, there is a hottub which we did not use but would be great in cooler weather! The outdoor shower was a huge bonus! The boys showered outside the entire week, and it was super handy for cleaning up after the beach. A nice shower with enclosed stall, not just a faucet sticking out of the side of the garage or a hose, like some other homes we've stayed at. The pool at night is the best part, lights!!! We were in the pool almost every night. Your own private pool party! Backyard is very private even though there are neighbors, with fencing and landscaping on both sides and a nature area in the back. Would definitely book this property again!

The house was in a perfect location, only minutes away from the beaches and down town Venice. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The rooms were also spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

This property was exactly as pictured online! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed! The backyard is like your own oasis! The pool was clean, warm and absolutely perfect for our family. The hot tub was an added bonus that we enjoyed in the evenings while taking in the fun lighting of the backyard. Frank is a wonderful host with excellent communication. We will definitely look into staying with him again!

Walking in to this house I was In Awe of how clean it was!!!! The house is spacious, equipped with everything you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect size. Living space is perfect. The outside space was perfect, pool size was great! Water temp in pool was too warm needed to have it turned down. Frank was a perfect host! We spent 3 weeks here.and we be back! We did spend most of our time at the local Beaches! I would highly recommend this house to everyone! Thanks Frank - see you next yr!

Very nice home in south Venice! Home is clean and well appointed. The location provides central access to local beaches and the Venice bike trail.The host is amazing and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Host Frank, was more than helpful. We loved the home and pool area. I like the porch-nice place out of the sun to read. There were 7 of us staying here-2 19 yr old, 21 yr old all boys plus their parents and us Grandparents. Had so much fun.

A really great place! Convenient to everything. Excellent ameneties. Spotlessly clean and most of all very comfortable.

Ideal location, close to shopping & beaches & right off a main rode in Venice. The owner, Frank, was Great- met us at the house to show us everything we needed to know, communication was helpful. Plenty of local dining & several beaches to choose from. But, you wouldn’t need to leave because this house is so welcoming, clean & freshly decorated, loved the heated pool & hot tub with a beautiful resort-like back yard/pool area & comfortably furnished screened lanai. We had plenty of room for 5 (could accommodate 6 or 7 adults, easily). We used the outdoor grill & the kitchen had everything we needed & more. We enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrella on the beach. Didn’t get a chance to use the 4 bicycles in the garage, maybe next time! Since this location is close to family, will definitely choose this house, again, for our next stay. We stayed a week at Octopus Gardens and it was delightful. The pictures and description on VRBO are completely accurate. The home is clean, modern, and up-to-date. The pool area is amazing and gives the feel of a high end resort. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was as it was listed. This house is wonderful, clean, cozy and backyard is an Oais of its own. We had a great time. Definitely will rebook in the future.
