Stayed Oct 3, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor felt warm and welcoming, and the space was both comfortable and practical. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and everything worked perfectly.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We had a lovely time! The time of year we were down there was all we had, and mosquitos are pretty bad in this area. However, we knew this going it but I guess not warning read on the internet could have prepared us. This how was AMAZING though and a great homebase after all of our activities. My son caught a juvenile goliath grouper and was over the moon!

Stayed Nov 3, 2023This was a beautiful home, with lots of room for our family. My in-laws have a much smaller condo in the area and this allowed for us to get together in a much larger area for a birthday party for our 10 year old. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023We were all fishermen so this was a home base for three days of offshore fishing. The home was perfect and the host was very helpful if we needed anything. If there was a higher rating I would give it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed there for a few days in October. We loved the place so much! There was everything you could think of. A very lovely, decorated house. Nice neighborhood and water access. The Everglades and beaches are close to the location. We will come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed down there over Thanksgiving with our family and my parents. Dan and Genene's hospitality and home were absolutely top notch. The home was pristine and there wasn't a missing amenity. We trailered our boat down there and used the boat ramp at Port of the Isles Marina each day. We boated the entire time and saw Old Florida at its finest. We caught good Snook, Snapper and Grouper out in the 10K Islands and also caught Blue Crabs off the dock. (Just had to keep the alligators away!) House was extremely clean, spacious, private and well lit. We had 6 people but it comfortably sleeps 8 if you have kids with the bunkroom. (Really neat game room as well). We couldn't have had a better time. Hardly any mosquitos and no see-ums to speak of. Marina is about a 10 minute idle from the house and has a ramp, fuel, bait, ice and other necessities. This is a cant miss property in an incredible setting. A brand new Publix is also only about 15 minutes away for groceries. The remote fishing and scenery are some of the best you will ever see if you enjoy being on the water. Do you homework with tides, charts and local advice and you will be rewarded. Thanks again Dan and Genene, we will be back for sure.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022We absolutely loved our stay here! This property felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable and accommodating.. they even had beach supplies, backup toothbrushes and red wine just in case of emergency! Every kind of cooking accessory you could imagine. The neighborhood is quiet and secure feeling. The beds AND pillows even seemed to be picked out with care to assure comfort. We will 100% be requesting to book again next time we visit the area.
