This was a wonderful house that had a well-stocked kitchen. It had a great family room upstairs and another one downstairs. It was well-located by the Granby Ranch ski area!

A place like this one is why we will always choose VRBO Premier Host properties, it was exceptional in every way! The location was perfect as a home base to spend numerous days in RMNP as well as spending day trips to other areas of the Colorado Rockies. The home itself was extremely nice and big enough to accommodate our adult children when they came to stay with us for a few days. Two large family room areas, three separate bedrooms, and two spacious decks to view the mountains and wildlife allowed for everyone to gather together as a group as well as privacy and alone time when needed. Everything was as advertised and promised, thanks for an exceptional time in the Rockies.

Great place for a family vacation. House is equipped with everything you will need and spectacular views. Highly recommend.

Very cozy and kid friendly, we have 3 young children 6 and under and they loved every second of this place. Tons of stuff to do with hiking and biking trails nearby and close to town.

This home was perfect for our stay with my family (2 parents 3 kids ages 6 and 9). We visit Granby every summer for Adam's Camp at the YMCA and this was our favorite place so far. The home had plenty of space for our family of 5. The views are spectacular, home was very clean, and the kitchen well equipped for cooking family meals. I've already contacted the host about staying there again next year! Thank you for sharing your family home with us.

Great space and lovely large home for our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Clean and fully stocked. Granby Ranch and Grand Lake have groceries and restaurants. Loved entering National Park on the less busy side!

Great house, great location.

Overall - fantastic! The location was perfect, very clean and was comfortable for 2 couples. We didn't get a chance to find the location of the hot tub, so that was disappointing, but soaked in the bathtubs after a full day of snowshoeing. The grill was great, but probably needs the grease trap cleaned out because it flared up - steaks were still excellent. We plan on coming back next year - thank you for sharing your home!

Super clean and so wonderful to be away from the noise of the major steets

The house was very nice, but the description was a bit misleading. There is a community pool, but it costs $10 per person per day. There were a lot of rules, my favorite was don’t leave the doors open, a moose might come in. Overall, good experience, but ease up on all the rules and possible fines.

Brought elderly father to visit. The main floor with bed, bath, living room and kitchen made it an easy comfortable stay. -Also the porches in front and back of home were a nice feature. - Also plenty of space on lower level for additional guests.

The title says it all, quiet location and beautiful. We loved the view without any other homes behind us. The house was spotless and set up perfectly. Only a short drive to grand lake and Rocky Mountain park, the base lodge offered great food and music only a minute away. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Your vrbo was a perfect location for our annual golf trip! It was centrally located to all courses; Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, Grand Lake, and Pole Creek. We also took daily hikes around the area including Rocky Mountain National Park which was fairly close. The house was very clean. The property manager left very detailed instructions on check in and check out.
