    Lovely home, perfect location with walking path close by. Close to everything. Our friends had the upstairs and we had downstairs. Worked out well for some privacy. Debra was wonderful. She ordered a keurig for us which we received the day after our arrival. Highly recommend this home.

    We enjoyed our month in this home. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and centrally located. If you cut through the nature trail, you can walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need and the screen porch is lovely for eating breakfast and listening to the birds. The house is spotless. Debra was easy to work with. We highly recommend this home.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful spaces with lovely spacious master suite on main. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with loft. Screened in porch and gas grill. Quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach and quaint Fernandina Beach. Good property manager communication. Would definitely stay again.

    The Home is Beautiful. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Very clean, well maintained. We had all the items we needed to make the home feel like it was our own. The location was perfect for us, We walked the Greenway trail everyday and an easy walk to the Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to downtown too. Debra was committed to us having a great stay!

    This home is bigger than pictured. There was plenty of space for us, and it was absolutely perfect for hosting my Aunt and Uncle for a weekend. They took the main floor bedroom with their own ensuite, and our family took the entire upstairs with more than enough room for playing, working. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here - the neighbourhood is very quiet, far enough away from the train, backing onto the creek where we took twice daily walks. The one way street makes for minimal traffic, with close proximity to everything. We are 12 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute cycle to downtown, and a 5 minute drive the Sadler Rd (Walmart, Publix, Walgreens etc). Plenty of Garage space, bikes for use, large pantry, comfortable beds, starter toiletries, and working fans & appliances. Debra was so easy to speak to, and has a property manager minutes from the home if there are any issues (which there wasn't during our stay). If there had been availability in the new year, we would have been delighted to stay again. Enjoy the Island! It's a Delight!
