Luxurious 3 Bedroom Home w Heated Pool, BBQ & Firepit

The host was kind, communicative and supportive. They let us have a late checkout which was perfect for our group. Pros: -Great A/C that you can control. -Smart TVs in every room including outside so you can listen to music in the pool-Quiet NeighborhoodCons:-The pool, while swimmable, needed some repairs which had an aesthetic impact.- The mattresses are very firm which made the first few nights of sleeping a bit difficult for us.

Overall the house was comfortable and met our needs. The description of the 4th sleeping area could have had more clarity. The pool was clean and serviced. The furniture needs repair and the pool “toys” were very dirty. The outdoor TV area could be improved with a drop down shade to block the sun on the west side so this area could be used in the afternoon. I would recommend this unit to others especially for its location and the pool.

House was great will return again soon.

The house was very nice. There was a welcome basket waiting for us. It had snacks and hiking trail guide and other suggestions.

We have stayed in Scottsdale on a few occasions but our recent stay was by far the best experience we’ve had. The accommodations were excellent and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This is a super well-appointed, comfortable, clean place to stay with family and friends! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels of showers and pool, games,--you name it. Spending time pool side was equally great and there are many little micro-seating and lounging areas for folks to hang out together or apart. Richard, the manager, is fantastic: communicates exceedingly well, is flexible if he can be with regard to check-in and check-out, and super responsive to questions and issues. There was a bad rain storm while we were there that affected the water heater, and Richard got to it right away. Thumbs up on this property--we would totally stay here again!

Property and pool were great all the amenities you could need.

Absolutely loved the house, the loacation, the pool and the large tvs evertwhere. Already planning when we can go back for another staycation with our doggie.

Came for a family vacation to Arizona. This house did not disappoint. Everything was great from the location, amenities and activities. The outdoor was also a plus with the pool, TV and games.

Lovely home conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Our host was easy to reach and responsive to all questions. Plenty of room for 4 of us with privacy and comfortable shared spaces. The backyard is amazing! We will certainly book this again on future visits to Scottsdale.

Are daughter could not move into her apartment till the 3rd of January and we wanted a New years celebration too.
