Luxurious 2 bed Mountain Retreat Renovated With Gorgeous Decor

The stay was good overall but we encountered some bed bugs in our beds which bit some of us, we weren’t really expecting that. Communication could have been better but it was good overall.Families that are staying may want to know that this unit is right next to a designated smoking area so you can’t really open your windows.

Great place to stay, the only issue we had was there was no AC but I knew that from the description, but it was in seasonal warm and we couldn’t get a signal on the tv, otherwise just right

This place is old and the floor was dirty, good that we brought slippers with us. My husband had to mop the floor and couch for the sake of our little one. We found one dead spider in the bed room and one live one in the washroom. There is no air conditioning in the unit. We found one portable fan but it was dusty. We were afraid to use it.The cooking tools are very old and there is no hood fan on the stove. We can still smell the Indian food when we first arrived. Cups are super old and you can see the grey marks clearly. We ended up bought disposable cups from the supermarket. The oven was dirty so we didn't end up using it.The washroom is poorly maintained. The ceiling fan has a big gap from the ceiling, and the hanging rack was loose.

This place has everything you need. Great location. Just right before the Banff.

Mark was kind, supportive and helpful in our checking in and out process. He was clear and responsive in his communication and his place was in a great location and easy to find. It is in such a beautiful part of our world. Thank you, Mark.

This worked perfectly for us. Bottom floor was a plus and minus. Easy to unload and get everything inside and park outside the door. Unfortunately a family with kids were above us the entire time. We were gone during the day so not a big deal. I did let them know and that helped temporarily. It has all the basics. Wish the LR furniture was more comfortable but again our time was mostly out in the park. The check in was new to me on Vrbo. It was odd to have to click contact owner in order to see the notes. Not an owner issue. We would rent again!

The only reason for lacking any stars is that while this place was awesome and we loved the quiant little neightborhood and it did provide great access to Banff and Canmore I certainly can't describe it as luxurious. But we still loved our stay and the on site hot tub was a huge bonus (after becoming a bit hypothermic biking off of Moraine lake in a snowstorm) Kitchen was great and functional. Beds comfortable. Overall a great place to stay close to all the aciton of Banff and Canmore
