Luxe Sun Valley Retreat w/ Hot Tub, 3 Mi to Resort

House was beautiful, had a few issues but nothing to serious. Hot tub quit and kept tripping the breaker after some guys came and performed maintenance on the house.

Loved this house for our family. The family room and kitchen were so nice to be able to all hang out together. We loved all the windows, tables to eat and play games on, the big laundry room and massive master suite. The upstairs was nice for my son with small kids. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property to use after skiing. Having a garage and drive way to park our vehicles was also nice. The property management was great to work with giving us an early check in and late check out. We really appreciate that. Lots of good things BUT the house is in need of some loving care. Crumbs on the counter, dirty carpet, worn spots on the couches, loose cupboard doors, filthy garage, bunk bed is unsafe for kids and has the mattress cover ripped and hanging from the top bunk. We had a great time and the location is great with bus access to the resorts. It did not stop us from enjoying our stay but if you are a very clean person this place might cause you stress.

We loved staying here after the holidays with our family! It had enough space to accommodate all 13 of our family members (which included 2 babies), comfortably. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are large and open, and the home is an excellent distance to the ski hill, town center, and many other fun activities. The owner was kind and easy to work with. Will definitely be coming again and sharing with friends!

Good house for a large group.

Great location! Perfect accommodations for our family, my mom was really looking forward to using the hot tub, one of the reasons we chose this place but the water was green and the hot tub dirty. But that was the only shortfall, we all had a great time!

This was a great quiet place to stay, wish we could have enjoyed the accomodations more but we were there for work. Thank you for providing a beautiful, safe place for us to feel at home.

The home was very clean and roomy for my group. The only improvements would be to fix the icemaker and that the hot tub had a weird smell. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect! We all fit perfectly and loved being able to jump into town or to the ski resort so easily!! Thanks for a great time!

Comfortable house for groups. If you want to use the hot tub facility make sure you tell them ahead of your stay or you’ll be out of luck. As far as kitchen things go, they are missing hot pads and measuring cups things of that sort. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Comfortable home and would recommend. The guy that looks over the home is suer friendly and responsive

This home is gorgeous and has PLENTY of space for a big group. It is less than 5 minutes to get to Baldy and only a few more minutes to get into Ketchum for dinner. We really enjoyed our short time at this property and are already trying to figure out a time to get back!

We have stayed here as a group of 10, 4 times. It is a great location with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of extra bedding, plenty of beds, kitchen is well stocked, very clean. Perfect for our weekend in Sun Valley.

Kitchen was under stocked. This was the biggest issue. Rooms are smaller than they appear online but we all still felt comfortable in space. Great layout. Great location. Guest bedrooms are drafty. All in all we were happy woth the property and price.

We had 8 adults on a ski trip. It was close to the resort and town. The house was perfect size for all 8 of us. It was very clean. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This was my 3rd year staying here and the home has always delivered. Great setup, plenty of space for our group and the booking and communication process has always been smooth. Recommend!

It was perfect for our two adult kids and grandparents.

The house is reasonably priced, but a small hiccup, not able to watch Sunday football or Monday night football for a guys golf trip. Tried to get it resolved, asked for some compensation and was given a “we’ll see what we can do” with no follow up. They were nice but not looking to stay there next year.

Great house with tons of room for adults and dogs- deck on back was nice to sit out in am and in evenings. Plenty of space and beds, beds are comfortable! Quiet neighborhood to walk dogs and go for walk/runs. Would definitely stay again!
