Luxe on the OCEAN w/ limo cart, firepit, paddle boards, pingpong, bikes, pets ok

Pet friendly, all rooms were clean beautiful view!! only thing i would add is the bikes are probably pushing to be replaced and a couple of the beach chairs as well (all in normal use from multiple people) overall we loved the place!

The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. We were very impressed by how quickly the management team responded to a few maintenance issues. We really enjoyed the abundant wildlife on the island. TV access to local channels would be a real enhancement via Direct TV or Dish.

Very nice house for a crowd. Well stocked kitchen, nice toys to use at the beach, zippy golf cart. Fabulous view from the house and porches. Only issue we had was out of the control of the property manager: internet was out, and the utility company did not come to repair for 7 days. Cell service is terrible on that point of the island, so out of touch for a solid week. Would not have been too bad except that several family members had to work and were not able to do so on the property. Overall however, a very nice vacation on beautiful Fripp Island and I would recommend the property.

We had an amazing time in Fripp. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to staying at this house again. Beautiful views, great location on the island, close to the Ocean Pointe golf course on secluded street. The property managers were great with communication, the house had plenty of room, and recommend it to anyone with large groups.

It was such an amazing stay! We had a wedding reception and it was so perfect!

Beautiful property and great communication with the property manager! We had some rainy weather early in our stay and really appreciated all of the fabulous spots to bring the outside indoors for the first few days!

Beautiful house, all was awesome! the only comment is there should be bigger warning signs on the roads regarding the ban to access the sea walls and maybe in the house instructions. our son went on the rocks and received a 100 citation from Fripp Island security. It is very dangerous and we told them there should be bigger signs.

Great short stay at Fripp. House was great and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful location on the water. We will be back!

We loved the house and was perfect for my wife’s 40th birthday.

The views all around the house were exceptional! Mixed in with all the wildlife present on the island was amazing to see. One thing we were not expecting, was to be able to see dolphins swimming from right off the porch. The house was very comfortable with spacious rooms. For bigger families to eat together. Overall it was a great visit!

Had a great weekend out at fripp at this house. Everything was perfect, cleanly, and views were great. We played golf and it’s minutes from the course. Host was very responsive to all requests.

Best view on the Island! House extremely well equipt with literally everything you need! Just pack your clothes and enjoy! Gourmet kitchen with every gadget you need! Will definitely be back! Host was amazing and quick to respond!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The property was amazing! Fantastic, fully stocked house with amazing views! We had a few small issues that were handled quickly and efficiently!! Communicant with the hosts were quick and timely! Would definitely recommend this rental for a large group!

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it. Everything is immaculate and the location is quiet, beautiful, and except for swimming offers everything we could ask for in a beach rental. Beach access is only a 5 minute cart ride away and the solitude makes this the best rental on the island in my view. We have been renting for 45 years now so that is saying something. We did have a water heater issue ( minor) and a few deck boards had pulled loose and the host replied within less than half an hour and it was taken care of within an hour. I was so impressed ( for the second stay too) with everything about the hosts, house, and process.
