Luxe Living: Grand Junction Home w/ Hot Tub, Views

front windows on entry were really dirty and gave bad first impression. Rest of house was clean. closet in master bathroom was locked so no where to put clothes except on floor or in another room. Not much around for dining/drinks except at a distance. Price for 2 couples was a plus.

Great quiet place for our annual best friends weekend & for a little decompression due to some very stressful situations lately. While we love the bees it needs to be noted because I was stung a couple of times (please don't get rid of them, just mention they are around).The hill out back of the house looked amazing to view a sunset but it is very loose rocks, so becareful! The neighbors were amazingly quiet. Thank you for a good downtime weekend.

We had a great time. The house is well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening. It’s in a safe, new subdivision. Highly recommend this unit!

Very modern well equipped house in a good location. Bathrooms were done very well, shower was great! Having access to the garage was a plus. Hot tub was nice and worked well, but be aware there is a walking path behind the house so not very private.

We rented this location for guests coming in for our son’s graduation! It’s a beautiful location close to everything GJ! They enjoyed their stay!

The house was beautiful. Perfect size for our little family to enjoy and feel right at home. We used the grill and enjoyed the back patio and hot tub. The weather was so nice so we got to enjoy the breathtaking views. Great location!

This property is beautiful. It was in a nice neighborhood with a fantastic view. Close to the major Hwy but far enough to feel comfortable and it was peaceful. Getting to our destination has some hiccups but when we arrived at the home it was perfect. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful house! It is tastefully decorated with amazing natural light, and the open space in the back is to die for! We were able to enjoy the hot tub while star gazing in silence...just what the doctor ordered. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all that we needed (and more), and both bathrooms included bidets - talk about exceeding expectations! We will be back...and next time, we will stay longer.

The house itself is clean when you arrive. The first thing that was quite frustrating was that we pay 163 cleaning fee, but we were asked to immediately on Christmas Day take out the trash from the people who had been there before us and put all the containers to the curb that is not something I’m prepared to do when I’m paying for cleaning The other thing that was frustrating was that in the bedroom bedrooms there is no tables no luggage racks no dressers no nothing so when we’re in the home for five days and we have to live out of our luggage is on the floor that’s hard We were not notified that we would have to turn on the hot tub for a solid eight hours before we could use it so that kind of foiled those plans in the hot tub was one of the reasons we had rented the homeAnother reason we had rented the home was because of the master bath we were using this while our family stayed at our home in junction and we were getting married so we wanted to use the bathroom. We filled the bathtub in the master for 30 straight minutes the tub got nowhere close to even being half full and then the water heater was out of hot water. We did appreciate that they had coffee for us in the kitchen and they did have pots and pans and things like that so that was niceI suppose my biggest problem is we paid good money to be in this home and essential things were lacking
