Luxe Lakeside Beach Home at Cinnamon Shore w/ Easy Pool & Restaurant Access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is beautiful, very nice flooring, beautiful views, modern design. The place smelled like cigarette smoke, unfortunately. We especially noticed this when we got home when all our clothes and belongings smelled like smoke. The king sized beds, not upstairs and downstairs, did not allow for side sleeping. My wife and I both woke up with back pain, when we usually do not have this problem with other hotels.

The only complaint I truly have is the office personnel was very rude when I went to the office to ask about early pick up on Saturday morning for the golf cart. I had asked the rental company if we could pick it up before drop off and they said yes when I spoke to them on the phone and when I went into the south office to ask them about picking it up and where to go she was very rude and told me that that wouldn’t happen and that they don’t do that. I then went to the rental office and they were able to let me pick up the golf cart with no issue. The woman that I dealt with checking in and checking out was absolutely amazing, but whoever was working at the south office on Saturday morning just seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and was not friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing time! The house was beautiful and in a prime location, overlooking the lake and two of the pools on site. Unfortunately, our stay was during a tropical storm (you can’t predict those) so we didn’t get to spend much time at the beach but it was a short walk from the house. We spent a lot of time at the pool—it was the perfect place to relax, have some drinks and order snacks (we didn’t experience the 18+ pool because we had the kiddos with us but it looked very relaxing). The food at the pool was great! And we ventured over to Cinnamon Shores North to Dylan’s Pizzeria, which was delicious! The kids also had a great time—there’s so much onsite for them to do. You get the resort feel when staying at Cinnamon Shores! We will definitely be back!

It was clean and had minimal decorations which is a plus with a toddler in tow. The view of the lake was tranquil. The fact that we were a quick walking distance to the kids pool was a definite plus. Much to our surprise and relief, the music from the pool area was barely heard in the home. We appreciated there was a convenient mini bar with an ice maker and “mud room” on the first floor for quick preps. We can’t wait to go back again.

The bunk room was perfect for the older kids, and the two bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate a pack-n-play for the younger kids. The home was beautiful and so clean. The location was perfect - so close to the adult and kid pools (very quick walk). Beach access was close as well, although having a golf cart helped to tote all the things we wanted to bring to the beach. Cinnamon Shore North was just a short golf cart ride away as well. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay at Cinnamon Shore.
