Luxe 4-Bed Retreat w/ Game Room & Deck – 10 Min to Downtown

My dad cooked for all of us and he had everything he needed! He went and got his seasonings and things to cook, but other than that we had everything we needed. This location was amazing for the size of my family I had. It’s very spacious and beautiful! The host are super sweet, and very helpful! I stayed in contact with them both. Communication was easy to reach out to if we need anything. Service was a 10/10 this house was everything in more for my family! The rooms are bigs and very spacious. Loved the outside area very cozy and well lit lights. This is the perfect home to celebrate with family! We would love to continue to book with them again in the future! My whole family loved everything about the stay! I would pick this place over the tall and skinnies.

We were there for work for two weeks. Location was so handy for us! Will stay there again.Had a couple of small issues but were handled the next morn. Response was very fast when I had questions! Judy

Our group really enjoyed this home. It was very spacious! The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and modern and the bedrooms were cozy! Loved the location and the host was very responsive and wonderful!! We would stay again when in Nashville!

The best part of the home was its location and space. We were able to fit all of our family and could easily get to all of the places we needed to in our jam-packed schedule. The downside was the home’s cleanliness. The bedding had little hairs and stains all over and had to be replaced before we felt comfortable sleeping in them. We had to vacuum the floor/rug as it was filthy. The outside areas (deck/porch) had obviously had no attention in quite some time judging by the amount of cobwebs, leaves, dirt, untidiness, etc.. that was everywhere. There was quite a bit of mold/fungus/mildew in the showers as well. The kitchen was nice, but lacked a few needed tools/utensils/cleaning items. We also found a bottle of water lying in a corner that was there from a previous guest. I did contact the host as soon as I was able to (we were busy for the entirety of our stay) and let them know what we experienced and was just told we should have let them know sooner. But let’s be real, even if we had done that, who wants a stranger coming in and cleaning when we couldn’t be there to supervise or especially if we had been present and trying to have our family time? Overall, we had a nice time as we were able to “make it work”, but mainly just enjoyed our time together as a family that is usually spread out across the country from each other due to the military.

The house was spacious and the perfect location. Not too far from the downtown area and not too far from the airport. Beds were comfy and the bathroom amenities were a plus! Felt safe in the community.

This was a great house! Super clean, easy communication, plenty of towels and comfy beds! We really enjoyed it and would come back in a heartbeat!
