Perfect location to shops and restaurant on S. Congress for a girlfriend getaway. Next door to hotel for easy access to coffee, food, and drinks. Host was responsive and just the right level of communication. Property was clean and true to listing and photos. I highly recommend!

This was the most perfect place and location right off of south congress! We loved our stay - it was spotless, well located and with thoughtful touches. Would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful space in a vibrant area of Austin, lots of shops & restaurants along South Congress, combined with around a mile walk into Downtown. Meredith is a very attentive & responsive host, so whether one is new to Austin or a return traveller, this is a reliable penthouse flat!

Very clean and comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was great for the 3 of us. Half a block from South Congress is a great location. I’d stay there again.

Perfect location for SoCo restaurants and shopping. They have a dedicated parking space which life just that much easier. Very friendly and communicative owners.

Great condo. Great location. We felt like we were at a 5-star resort. There are some stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Well maintained and cared for accommodation. The condo was very clean and came with amenities as described. We had a great stay here. Fantastic location just off of South Congress, excellent coffee shops and restaurants within a few steps. (Access to the condo’s first floor does require a flight of steps and same for access to the second bedroom)

Such a great property and the owner was amazing! Location is perfect with great access to everything in walking distance and in a safe quiet neighborhood.

Had an excellent 3 night stay! Located close to all services needed including good food and shopping. Excellent proximity to downtown. The place itself was spacious and very clean. Well stocked and appointed. Beds were comfortable. TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. As was the secure parking space! Would definitely stay here again on a return to Austin.

The property was perfect! 2 couples meeting in Austin for a weekend of catching up and exploring the area. It was easy to enter the unit - no problems. The living space was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms. The decks were also great! Lot's of choices for food, and entertainment. There was also a little grocery store within walking distance for wine and snacks. Fun time!

My wife and I booked the property for visit to Austin and the ACL 59th anniversary celebration. When we arrived We loved the property! It was well represented in the listing and was even better in person! Love the location being a half block off of Congress avenue. The unit was full of natural sunlight and very open. Loved the three balconies and other outdoor space. Having private parking with a remote gate was a nice bonus! We plan to return again soon!! Thank you!!

Lovely location. My only suggestions were that the soap was watered down in bathroom and there could be improvement in the cleanliness. There are cobwebs and vents very dirty. Would recommend extra towels.
