Great spot. Way to Broadway, The Gulch, Music Row. Not a bad walk to several good spots. Outside just needs a power wash and internet/wifi was very slow. Roomy. Would stay again.

What a beautiful home and great location to downtown. We loved the comfort of the beds. All communication with the owner was quick and easy. Check-in and out was strait forward and simple. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals at home. The nice open floor plan of the downstairs, couch in the living room, and large dining room table were perfect for our group of 6. The back patio furniture could use an upgrade but otherwise everything was wonderful. Love the decor and lighting. Would stay here again when visiting Nashville.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The beds were very comfortable with high-quality linens, which we really appreciated. A huge highlight was the coffee station; it was fully stocked with K-cups, tea, and all the fixings. The kitchen was also well-equipped with plenty of dishes and glassware. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having dedicated parking was a major bonus. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed a last minute get away to Nashville. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the spacious home, and full kitchen was an excellent amenity for us. The host Michael was so prompt and helpful in reaching out to us and sending us a fantastic local itinerary. He also checked in on us while we were there. This house is located within The Gulch area of Nashville which is an amazing local vibe, and we walked down daily for drinks, food, shopping etc. The walk to Broadway/Music Row was manageable. We typically took uber back home if late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael is an incredible host with an amazing home! My husband and I were in a last minute situation trying to find somewhere to stay during Thanksgiving week nearby Vanderbilt Hospital and Michael welcomed us with open arms! His home is not pet friendly, but he allowed our dog to stay given our emergency and his compassion and kindness will never be forgotten. It made a hard week much more manageable! I appreciated so much that he trusted us when it came to our dog to care for his home. The house is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. It is comfortable (the beds!!!!) and clean and in an awesome location. If/when we return to Nashville in the future we will rent again.

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you need. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. The area felt very safe. Communication with the host was excellent. It was the perfect house and location for our girls trip. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location to easily tour Music Row, Broadway and surrounding areas. Close to so many cool restaurants, shopping and endless entertainment. This home is welcoming, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, black out curtains and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and kind. We hope to return soon!

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations! I was visiting Nashville for a family vacation with my adult boys and their girlfriend/wife. The open concept was perfect for interacting with the family and no one was ever left out of the activities or conversations. The furniture was beautiful and very high quality, and the decorating was absolutely gorgeous. There's a fabulous couch area to hang out in with comfortable, oversized furniture. The bedrooms are all upstairs and are a good size. I was lucky enough to stay in the master suite, and I never wanted to leave. I especially appreciated how solid the house was built. You can't hear a peep when people walk around upstairs or down. While you can walk to various areas in Nashville a 15 Uber might be a better option...especially if you have your boots on. I wanted to move in and never leave. I can't wait to visit again soon!

This property is in the perfect location!!! So many restaurants to walk to. Only 1.25 miles to Broadway so Ubers were cheap for 5 to split. The house itself is chef’s kiss. Great deck with patio furniture. Huge open downstairs. Master suite upstairs is amazing. The temperature throughout the house, even with tall ceilings and an upstairs was so pleasant! Loved all of it. A definite gem in the Gulch!

3 couples ages 35-40 stayed here for a 3 day kid-less get away from Weds morning through Saturday morning. The house was perfect for 3 couples, very well decorated, very clean, complimentary coffee and shower items, hair dryers etc! Great location - 10/15 min easy walk to the Gulch. We enjoyed eating in the Gulch then walking another 15 minutes to Broadway. We ordered Whole Foods delivery for some snacks. Our delivery got there before us and the cleaners were so nice to bring the groceries inside and refrigerated the cold items! Couldn’t recommend this house more!

Great location, beautiful home.

We had a great time at this house. It was well kept. We walked everywhere and never had to use our car. The owner provided lots of great info. I would highly recommend.

The house was large enough and well stocked. Our family had a great time! We loved the decor and the beds were comfy. There were some cosmetic issues that I know come from constant wear and tear by renters. So, it didn’t feel truly “lux”. But Michael made up for it by being so easy to work with! Walk to the gulch was quick but a little sketchy bc of traffic and the walk on the overpass, fyi.

Five women stayed here for a girls weekend - and the home was perfect for 5 or 6, I wouldn’t suggest more, even though it indicates it holds more. The location was a short Uber to Broadway or 12 South and a short Uber or walk across the freeway to the Gulch area, so convenient to lots of things. Communication was quick from the owner. We were there during a tornado warning and record setting rain, so we didn’t get to enjoy walking around the immediate area or the outdoor area. What could be better is a hang out place - the seating area was not set up for conversation & the dining room chairs were metal and uncomfortable. Overall a good option.

Very well maintained

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this amazing home for 6 wonderful days. The house is so close to everything that it made traveling places easier. We will definitely be back.

Three college girlfriends stayed for a weekend in Nashville and this house was perfect for us. Everyone got their own room, and we all agreed that the beds are SUPER comfortable. I liked that 2 of the rooms had King beds so this house would be great for 3 couples as well.The house had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. A nice comfy couch and plenty of space to spread out.This house is in a good location in the sense that it's pretty centrally located. The only thing to note, which we were aware of us, is that when the temps are a little cooler it's not really too walkable, however, it was short, inexpensive Uber rides wherever we needed to go. In warmer weather I think we definitely would have walked a bit more to the Gulch bars, restaurants, and shopping.Overall, very top marks for this property! And Michael was a pleasure to work with and I found the price to be very reasonable.

This home is in an excellent location! We were able to cover the gulch area easily by foot and were able to walk to Broadway without much difficulty. There were three couples in our party and we all enjoyed having our own bedroom. Working with Michael was very easy. And he always replied promptly. Highly recommend!

We are a family of 4, with kids. The location was great, easy access to everything but on a quiet street. The home was clean and very well stocked. We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. Michael was super helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Nice neighborhood within waking distance to music row and Gulch shopping/dining. Felt safe during our walks to and from.House is nicely appointed, clean and beds were very comfortable. The ‘4th BR’ and couch were adequate for our needs, but I wouldn’t consider this house, as currently situated, able to accommodate more than 6.

From the moment I booked the house the host was informative to prepare me for my trip. The home was immaculate, soft bedding, everything light and item labeled which was a very nice touch.

This home is beautifully maintained, clean, and has exactly what we needed to make our stay wonderful. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our check-in requests. The location of the house is an easy walk to shopping and food in the Gulch, but we drove to Broadway because it got dark early and was rainy. It seems to be an updated residential area, as there were new/renovated homes and condos all around us. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were soft, the towels were great and plentiful, and the family room couches were comfy for hang out time. Highly recommend this house!

Four college roommates in our fifties wanted to visit Nashville and be near the action but not IN the action. This home was just right! Host was so helpful and the house has everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and we loved our entire visit. Walking distance to anything and everything you want. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing - you are walkable to Vandy or downtown, and places like Centennial Park or Green Hills are a quick drive. The house is solid. All the toiletries and kitchen supplies were very well stocked - anything from coffee pods and Splenda to garbage bags and dishwasher pods to liquid hand soap and Kleenex. The “fourth” bedroom is just a loft though, so we ended up putting our infant’s pack-n-play into one of the bedrooms with us to be able to close the door. Overall great stay!!

We were 3 friends in town for a long weekend. The house is lovely. Comfortable bedrooms, very large and airy downstairs and super comfy furniture, lovely kitchen. Coffee supplies were a nice plus. Nice back deck and small yard as well. Location was close enough to be walkable if you were in the mood, or a short Uber ride away. Communication with the owner was easy and we had no issues during our stay!

Stayed for a few days at Michael’s place 8/27-8/30. We were a group of six friends in our 40s and 50s from around the country. And we are not afraid of a little adventuring. Everything was as advertised. Neat and spacious. Not on Broadway but close to everything. Led us to check out the Gulch, Music Row and the 12 South neighborhood as well as a lot of time on Broadway with a concert at the Bridgestone. The house is well equipped from comfortable bedding, towels and kitchen amenities. Quiet street and a nice deck out the back door. The host’s response time is prompt but everything on site is super easy to navigate. It was super hot this week so we opted for Uber and scooters which were readily available and quick. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

House was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to feel at home. Everything that you need; and only minutes of driving time to Broadway. We had a family of 6, and we all felt safe too, that is a big plus!!
