Lux 2-Level Townhouse with Stunning Historic Views

Our stay at the Lux 2-Level Townhouse was exceptional, perfectly blending elegance, privacy, and comfort into an unforgettable visit. What truly stood out was the property's elegant and impeccably clean interior, which provided a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere the moment we arrived. The unbeatable and private location—just a one-minute walk from the Malecón and within easy walking distance of the historic Zona Colonial—made exploring effortless while ensuring a quiet retreat. The townhouse itself was a wonderful sanctuary, with its private two-level layout offering space and separation that far exceeded a standard hotel room. Practical amenities like the full kitchen and washer were incredibly useful, and the swimming pool served as a perfect private oasis. We had a flawless experience and would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful

Its always a good time when we go to the Dominican Republic. However, picking a place to stay is not always easy. This time we hit the bullseye right in the center. This apartment/villa was one of the highlights of this trip. The apartment was actually as described in the add and the pictures almost doesn't do it justice. It was very clean, internet was good, the instructions for the internet were almost everywhere. The location is perfect, putting you within walking distances to alot of things to do and alot of great food. The host was responsive and very nice. We would recommend this townhouse in a heartbeat!

Relxing and safe

Comfortable, clean, and quiet find in Zona Colonial. Perfect spot to be able to walk everywhere in the area.

The apartment was very nice. Although the neighborhood was historic and had many older buildings. The neighborhood felt extremely safe.

We stayed for a short week for my mom to meet my husband’s mom who lives in Dominican Republic. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and accessible to everything in Cuidad Colonial. The doorman was helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were exquisite (very evident that the building was designed by world famous architect Leo Walser).
