Taylor is an excellent host. Very responsive and friendly. We loved the Dome great space. Kitchen well appointed. Exceptionally clean. We love this area and stay at a different place each year on our way to visit my sister in NC. Next year we will book the Dome for the entire Christmas week and have my sister join us.

Pictures and description are accurate - the uniqueness, the views, the overall quality are there. Owner is very responsive and friendly. You do indeed get what you paid for!

What an incredible place to get away from it all for a couple of days! It was exactly what we had hoped for. From the modern and comfy space to the setup and breathtaking views, we felt pampered, yet still at home. They thought of literally everything you could need while away from your own space. The morning hot tub soaks and the evening sunsets are no joke. The recommendations in town were spot on and an added bonus. Thanks again for an amazing weekend!

We had a marvelous friends weekend at Lunar Lookout! The house and property were amazingly well appointed. It was perfect for a friends weekend relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive to all our questions. All in all a 10 out of 10!

Our group agreed this was one of our favorite stays ever! Incredible views and amenities, and the dome is just fun (and gorgeous inside). Taylor the property manager was wonderful and helped us immediately with the most random acts of God problems like when a groundhog chewed through something outside. Beds were so comfortable too and it's such a perk to have three separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We had one dog with us and she enjoyed lazing around too! We've already rebooked for the fall - that's how much we loved it!

We stayed with our adult son and 2 dogs over Thanksgiving week. The house was very cool, had a great layout, comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen. On the down side, there was no heat in the bathrooms, the rain shower heads sprayed all over the place, the towels were more like blankets than towels (we went and purchased regular terry towels). The driveway is steep and would require 4-wheel drive in winter. We wanted to do some star gazing but there were so many outside lights making it impossible. There are no dressers in the bedrooms, just shelving in the closets. While very clean, so much bleach was used that it smelled all week! And the guest wifi was pitiful. Sooo, we would consider to stay here again in warmer weather but would hope that some of these negatives could be corrected. Oh, and we expected some stinkbugs etc., but I would call it an infestation. The entire house needs to be sealed from the outside to keep the bugs at bay. Very disconcerting that a stinkbug might land on your toothbrush, or you might step on one getting out of bed at night.

The property is beautiful and just outside of Front Royal. We visited local vineyards and hit the skyline drive on the way home. We loved relaxing in the GeoDome home!

It was by far the most beautiful weekend getaway we’ve had in the area. The unique architecture and cozy interior provided a memorable and enchanting experience. The amenities were top-notch, and we found everything we needed right at our fingertips. The location is also ideal, with close proximity to Skyline drive and the Appalachian trail making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The surrounding area is charming and picturesque, adding to the overall appeal of our stay. Our family has fallen in love with this incredible vacation home, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable mountain retreat!
