Stayed Dec 27, 2025The house was very clean, the pool area was very nice and the dock was perfect for our boat rental. Fun outdoor games and tv. There were a couple of kitchen problems but they were tended to immediately and resolved. One thing that we didn’t take notice of in pictures is that other than the counter stools there’s no indoor dining table to have a meal at during inclement weather. It would be nice if the house came with beach chairs since it is that type of vacation and obviously people who are flying in do not come with chairs!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Love the construction upgrades, large pantry, and lack of breakables on tabletops.. The outdoor kitchen and play area with toys for children and adults was a nice touch. As we spent a lot of time outside, we appreciated the extended roofline that created a covered porch, a great retreat from the sun and rain.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025First, the rental company was absolutely amazing at responding and answering questions. I would highly recommend any house this company manages.This home has a great area under the deck with a bar area and games. There is a great ice maker in the outdoor bar area. There is a nice TV also in this outdoor space with a large table to eat dinner alfresco.The pool is a little smaller than we expected due to some cut-outs in the rectangular shape. It was nice to be able to heat the pool. It is unfortunate there is no bathroom down by the pool.The downside to the outdoor space is that there is a boat yard storage across the way. In between the mangroves you are looking at boats on raised on boat storage racks. Also you really look into your neighbors' yards when you are on the upper deck. Some taller palms or plants would help block this or a privacy fencing on the upper deck.The rooms were exactly as pictured with nice on-suite bathrooms. The beds were a little soft for most of the adults so not our favorite for sleeping. Home was quiet inside and clean.It was not ideal that we could not turn temperature lower than 70 at night. Would have liked it a little cooler to sleep.The kitchen had nice appliances and was decently stocked.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025It was wonderful celebrating the life of Nikolus….son, brother and Uncle! The house was spectacular! Perfect location for outings and just hanging out together. Suggestion would be more hooks for towels either outside area or inside. Thank you for a week of memories and love!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We vacation often in the Keys as FL residents. This property was excellent. Great layout with plenty of bed and bathrooms. The backyard and outdoor areas was phenomenal. Worth it to pay for the pool to be heated - it was very nice. Enjoyed Christmas week !

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Luna Light. Did run into a few small issues but property manager sent someone out promptly. Beautiful and very clean house. Perfect amount of space to accommodate our group. Will definitely book Luna Light in the future .

Stayed Aug 31, 2024House was beautiful, all rooms were equal so 4 couples all enjoyed their stay without anyone feeling like they drew the short stick. Plenty of storage and refrigerator space. Pool was great, dock is great. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed May 18, 2024We stayed at Villa Paraiso Luna Light property the week prior to the Memorial Day Holiday, and simply said, it was fantastic. Our family has been renting in the Keys for over 25 years now. In all those years we have only stayed at a few different vacation rentals as we tend to go back to the same house year after year, but this year because of the passing of a dear friend, we found a need to find a smaller rental. I can truly say that this was the best house that we have ever stayed at in the Keys. This is a very new property that is modern and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Marathon. Our main purpose for the stay was fishing, and the amenities like the fish cleaning table, and standalone dedicated freezer really made the difference. It's also a breeze get out to ocean fishing grounds from this house. In addition, there is a refrigerator downstairs by the pool along with an icemaker, that eliminates the need to go upstairs and/or use coolers to get and enjoy your cool drinks by the pool or dock. Kim the property manager is an excellent host, the communications with her is easy, very professional and excellent, and she was always really very mindful of our every needs. My family and I feel very fortunate to have found this house in Marathon, and plan to hopefully make many more new memories in the years to come moving forward at Villa Paraiso's Luna Light.
