The cottage was comfortable with everything we needed for a simple beach vacation at a beautiful location with easy access to the beach.

My aunt and I needed a getaway! This was THE PERFECT home for us- it had everything we needed and was on the best part of the beach- we loved everything about it- we will be back :)

This lovely little home is just perfect for two people or a small family. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises. The description of the physical house is spot on, although the list of items provided by the property manager may be a bit misleading. While it was mentioned in the confirmation email that we needed to bring everything except for bed linens, the house was actually fully stocked with nice pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and all the cooking and eating utensils you could need. A Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, and mixer were available. We also found some spices (and plenty of salt shakers), paper towels, dishcloths, and oven mitts. In the bedrooms, towels, linens, and toilet tissue were provided as well. I mention this not to criticize the property manager, as I'm sure it's a standard email confirmation, but to help out future guests so they don't have to bring as much stuff. The stairs leading up to the house can be a bit daunting when carrying multiple loads of unnecessary items, especially in 90-degree heat. The location of the home was fantastic. It's just one house away from the public beach entrance, which has plenty of parking. Keep in mind that the beach in front of the house may be bustling with lots of people, so if you prefer a quieter beach experience, this may not be the best choice for you.

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this beach house. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the hot tub was a great place to hangout during our February stay. This place seemed very homey and loved. We can't wait to come back again.

Place was shabby chic, comfortable but not perfect. Loved the kitchen, had all the conveniences - even spices! The security system needed some instructions to turn off when we opened windows!! Loved the Hot Tub. The weather was not ideal but the Hot tub saved the trip!! Lots of games and puzzles and books. Look forward to going back! Perfect for our little family of 4!!

We LOVED our stay! Just a few nights but the house was perfect. We loved it and everything was great! The hot tub was not in the best condition and the bedroom carpet needs replacing but otherwise, every inch of the house was so cute and perfect! GREAT beach access and views
