Ludington STRAM - Unit 202, a cozy 2-bedroom retreat

Wonderful location, Clean and well kept. Most of the amenities were there but remember to bring your own soap and shampoo! Few complaints...the parking is very close and accessible. the entranceway alcove and door to the steep/narrow stairway was a little bit of a challenge as was trying to remember the 8 digit access code each time we returned. The booking process was a little chaotic. Receiving e-mails about security a requirement for security checks was surprising...and off-putting...I ignored them so they, apparently, weren't that critical. My biggest complaint was with the master bed. The mattress is undersized for the bed frame and we banged/bruised our shins against the protruding bed-frame every time we climbed into bed. Also...The master mattress is in dire need of replacement. The springs are loose/twisted/and bulging within the mattress causing some difficulty and pain when getting into/out-of bed.

Adequate accommodations and good location in the downtown Ludington area. However, check in instructions were poor. No outdoor door codes given until we spent 45 minutes trying to access the unit with the instructions provided. Heads up, you need two different door access codes to get into the outside door and the unit door. Used dental floss found next to bed in one bedroom. Duvet cover stained and dirty.

We had an issue once we got into the building getting into our room, had to get a new code. After dinner we couldn't get into the building. Of course it was after hours and it took over an hour, trying several different codes. Luckily a nice gentleman used his code it didn't work in the side door but worked in the front. He let us in. At that time the off hour person finally got a code to work. Also, if you say this place sleeps 5 then in the kitchen you should have 5 coffee cups, plates etc.... We got a laugh out of only 3 coffee cups, there were 4 in our party so one of us used the 1 cup measuring cup for coffee, so he literally had a cup of coffee. We really loved the place and have recommended it our friends. The location was awesome. Would definitely work with you guys again on renting a VRBO from you Thanks

The kitchen needs to be better stocked and none of the codes I was given worked. And there are 2 doors you need codes to, that was not explained at all. But nice suite

The host made the trip, we had a furnace failure and couldn't make our date. She arranged for us to come the next weekend, no extra cost. Outstanding!!! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable.The only downside is the bartender at the bar across the street rides a Harley and leaves at 2:30am, no fault of the host. We had a great stay.

The host was very responsive and friendly. Places to eat were within walking distance, and the apartment/condo was close to the beach.

Stayed for a weekend in September. It was great! Clean, spacious and great location. Had everything we needed!

This was the perfect spot for our family of four. Plenty of room. The bedrooms were large. The washer and dryer is a must for a beach vacation. Easily walked downtown for restaurants and morning coffee. Loved having a code to get in instead of a key. Air conditioning was perfect but fans available if you need it. My two daughters loved sitting at the table to play cards and made forts in the large closets. Highly recommend and we hope we can stay again in the future.

Our place was extremely nice and had plenty of room for the 4 of us to enjoy a week vacation! Loved that everything was walking distance. Place was clean and jad everything we needed. This is our second time staying with this host and we will be back next year!!
