Lubbock Townhome w/ Grill Near TTU & Downtown!

Everything was just as described. Convenient location. We were spending the Christmas holiday with our grandson who is stationed at Clovis AFB. New Mexico. We will tell all our family about this home when they plan on visiting him. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Comfortable setting and perfect for us to attend graduation ceremonies. Our host was very gracious to extend our checkout time on Saturday. My only suggestion would be to a box of tissues somewhere.

We had such a great stay at this town home! It was incredibly spacious and everything worked perfectly. The beds were ultra-comfortable, and the home was spotless. The host truly thought of everything a guest might need, which made it feel effortless and welcoming. We loved how convenient the location was to all of Lubbock, and the secure community with space for three cars was a huge plus. Best of all, our host was a very kind and friendly gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We could not think of the most remote complaint as this was truly the most perfect location we have ever enjoyed using the VRBO platform. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home was perfect for accomodating us while we packed up and moved our kids from TTU. The covered parking and long driveway gave us room to park our truck and trailer. The house was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling through Lubbock!

We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was great. I made a meal in the kitchen. We were comfortable and everything was as described. I would stay here again.

Property was pretty dated and in an older neighborhood. Needs some refreshing. Benefited from being close to campus. Had some problems w the plumbing while we were there- they took care of it quickly.

Quiet location, close to basic necessities, very comfortable beds, fast response to texts. easy check in. Dated property, no smart TV's so couldn't stream or cast. Kitchen was old but functional.

Had a great dropping our daughter at Texas Tech. Convenient location, clean house and easy contact with ownership. Highly recommend to anyone coming into town.
