During your stay at A Little Sandity, be sure to venture to the Gulf of Mexico on the pristine Cape San Blas beach only a 350 feet stroll away, build sand castles in the sugar white sand. After a day at the beach, head back to the quiet private association pool to lounge in the sunshine. The pool is conveniently located just steps away from the home.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. Propane grill available for use in the backyard you must bring their own propane tank if you elect to use it. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and ROKU TV (renters will be reasonable for Roku account) .

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
