It is end lot unit of 2 storeys terrace house. The homestay located next to Cowboy Town Theme Park. 5 minute to nearby Sabandar Beach and around 10 to 15 minutes drive to CKS Plaza and Tuaran Town. Suitable for large number of guest (family) vacation that preferred to stay away from busy KK City Center.

Tuaran is the center to nearby tourist destination town;
1. Tuaran to Mount Kinabalu, Kundasang - 65 km
2. Tuaran to Kota Belud - 36 km
3. Tuaran to Kota Kinabalu - 32 km
<br>This homestay is a Guest House designated for Muslim Family vacation concept. Therefore, a few restriction need to adhere while in the house.

1. Shoe off while in the house, shoe rack provided.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. All non-Halal foods and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the house.
4. No partying and excessive noise that cause nuisance to the neighbourhood kindly please respect the quiet neighbourhood.
5. No drugs or any other material that against law to be consume brought into the house.

General Information:
1. No internet /Wifi services provided.
2. CCTV installed at common area for securities measure.
