I think it was maybe the best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever rented. It was great. We might come back if we can.

This was the perfect location for my family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday and reconnect. Our goal was simply to be together, relax, enjoy a home-like setting and play together like we were kids again. The house provided everything we expected and needed,, however, I was a little disappointed that it seemed the house did not get regular maintenance, particularly on the exterior. The grill was rusted, broken and virtually unusable, the deck railing and other exterior wood was rotted in places or needed a paint job, and the pool cover needed cleaning. The interior spaces were well cleaned and functional, albeit dated in many places. To be clear: I did not consider any of these to be deal-breakers. We had a wonderful time. The management was very responsive about the grill issue, and it didn't impact our stay significantly. I would stay here again, for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home accommodated our group of 13 adults comfortably, including space for all in the large dining room, kitchen, dishes/flatware, glasses, etc., outdoor seating, and bathroom/bedrooms. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is quiet and tranquil as well as conveniently located to the ocean and the redwoods. We heartily recommend it.

Everything was good. Everything worked and was easy to use as far as the heating of the house, the hot tub and kitchen, utensils, lots and pans, etc..For a large group, this place worked out incredibly well for us.

We loved being together in such a clean great house! Such easy check in and check out too! There was an awesome kids room with two bunk beds, sofa, games and a cool arcade game! There’s a pool table too! The kitchen was well stocked and all bedrooms comfortable and 5 bathrooms! The hot tub was so nice. We liked having the pool safety cover and the yard was fun and property so well kept. It was really a perfect place for us! The house has great character! It was so close to the redwoods, the beach, Santa Rosa and the new Russian River Brewery and several wineries! Thanks to our hosts for a lovely family time!!

We had a great stay in a house that has plenty of space. More run down than the photos show and the location is up a winding narrow road above town. We had ants in the kitchen that may have had to do with the summer heat but the email contact never replied. We put out traps and lived with the annoyance. Pool is a great bit of fun and makes for a nice outdoor experience. Deck and pool are in really good shape.

This house was so fun, and in a beautiful location. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed for entertaining and relaxing. The only issue was the power went out on the last night. The power being off was not the issue, it was that there were no candles or flashlights and the property manager didn’t get back to me when I asked about it. The power came on a few hours later, but the lack of response was not ideal.
