Located in quiet, residential Rim Village, the house is six miles to the southeast of Moab. Beat the heat in the Colorado River, or book a rafting trip. Advanced and beginner equestrians alike may book a customized horseback riding tour with Hauer Ranch, which is a great way to enjoy the lovely desert scenery. Bring along a camera to capture the beauty of the park's signature arches, like the enormous Delicate Arch and the thinner Landscape Arch. If that's a bit more activity than you're looking for, just kick back with some fishing, followed by kayaking or a picnic.

    We stayed in beautiful Moab for a week in early June. We chose this property for its proximity to Arches NP, and because it has a pool. The property was fine, very typical for vacation rentals we’ve stayed at (we use vacation rentals several times a year). If you’re looking for a place with many TVs, you’ll be happy here, there’s one in every bedroom plus one in the living room. There’s a grill, a washer and dryer, etc. However, this property is managed by a third-party property management company, and so the fees were MUCH higher than what we have paid in the past. The fees came to 78% of the actual room cost (so the fees nearly doubled our total cost). I’ve never seen that in any vacation rental before. Other than the really high fees, this was a nice place.

    T2 provided the perfect Moab getaway! It is situated just outside of downtown Moab, which allows for privacy and quiet in the evenings. Great space for cooking homemade dinners and a beautiful porch to drink your morning coffee! We loved playing dice and board games after a long day of hiking. Cannot wait to stay again soon!

    We received via email a 10 digit access code for the rental. We arrived late in the day and were anxious to get into the rental. The access code did not work. After 15 minutes of attempts, we called Vacasa and the person told us to keep trying the code as it was correct. We said we tried it many times without success. He had us try a code for the lockbox near the entry. It did not work. He said he would create a ticket and get back to us. He did not call back and after another 15 minutes and called Vacasa again. A different person answered and we repeated the same procedure without success. She created a ticket and called us back within a reasonable wait. We pleaded to have someone come out to open the door. She agreed and a local person came out 15 minutes later. He tried the 10 code without success. Then he looked up a four digit code that worked and we finally were able to access the unit. He also gave us a four digit code to access the key to the lock. No trouble with access after that. The unit was in good shape. The furniture in the living room could use an upgrade. Beds were very comfortable.

    The broken door lock bothered us so much that we couldn't get back to the house smoothly every day. It always takes a lot of time to communicate with the service staff before changing the password to open the door. The spare detergent provided was too little to adequately wash dishes and tableware.

    Perfect for what we needed. House was in a clean quiet neighborhood, a little hard to find the house at first since they all look the same. House had everything we needed for our stay and was clean. Beds were comfy.
