Lovely townhome near town with pool, hot tub, playground, patio & tennis

Exactly what you would want from a VRBO

The townhouse was in a good location with easy access to Moab. The property was clean and in good working order. We would stay there again.

Had difficulty getting into the unit. Called for support and provided access to key. At end of stay, Des was very helpful with what to do with key (lock box had fallen off)

Outstanding accommodations!! Super neat, clean,and extremely well stocked. Perfectly located for all of our activities. Highly recommend staying at this fabulous rental. Enjoyed all the National Parks that are just a few miles away.

Spacious and confortable townhome, with all ammenities accurately described. Access to community pool was also appreciated. Only downsides were low water pressure in master bedroom shower and noisy downstairs airconditioner unit.

The kitchen was well-stocked with almost everything you could need. (Bring your own coffee. They had a great setup but we didn't get to try it because we didn't want to buy coffee grounds for the 3 nights we were there.) There was plenty of space and seating. They provided towels for the pool in addition to bathing towels. The pools were great: a cooler pool, a warmer pool, and a hot tub. We were disappointed by the bed in the main bedroom and had some shower issues. We really appreciated the washer and dryer and the complimentary detergent pods. Generally, we were very pleased with our stay in this house. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed.

My family stayed for 2 nights at this lovely townhome. The house was near enough the national parks and convenient to Moab for meals and groceries. The location is beautiful. There were some cleanliness and water pressure challenges.

The house was very beautiful and clean. The kitchen was extremely limited, if you are traveling from far away it’s hard to use the kitchen. No coffee, sugar, oil for pans, salt shakers had one shake left in them.

Very comfy place. Plenty room for 4 people.Comfy beds. I do wish both bedrooms had king beds.Would stay again.

It was ideal for the 3 of us.

Pleasant stay, wonderful accommodations and great space. It was hard to get the hide-a-key to work; it wasn't clear which one to unlock and it took a couple minutes to open. Additionally, we had to unwire the smoke and carbon monoxide alarm as it was out of battery and would not stop beeping and alerting low battery.

Very nice place, comfortable sofas and beds and great location central to everything.

Rim Vista is spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and very well-taken care of. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect.It was very, very clean and spacious.Everything in it was top notch. It was very clean and spacious. We would have loved to have stayed there the entire week. Communications were excellent throughout the entire process. I would recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone.

I've rented vacation homes all over the world and this kitchen is the most complete I've ever seen. In addition to the kitchen utensils you would expect to be available, there was a grill for making pancakes (which we used), another one for making waffles, a slow cooker, a pressure cooker and a handheld automatic mixer. (This is not to suggest that all of those items are guaranteed to be available in the future.) The unit is exactly as displayed in the photos and described in the listing. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere!

Spent 3 nights/4 days exploring Moab and area from our home base at Rim Vista. Immaculate, quiet, comfortable and convenient location made it perfect for our family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely do so again in the future! Seamless check in/out and timely communication with host made this stay effortless!

We used the property as a base from which to visit the National Parks and Forests in the area. This worked very well. No complaints.

We very much enjoyed our stay and all the space this condo provided. The space made it very comfortable. However, there was an issue with ants, but the staff was very responsive to the issue, which we appreciated. We also noticed a few small housekeeping issues. Overall, it was a great place to relax after hiking in the national parks.

It was a great visit at a very nice home.
