Lovely Pool Home in a Quiet Upscale Neighborhood!

Nice home. Just wish the pool had been heated, we couldn’t use it.

We love staying at this house. Its convenient to everything and meets all our needs. We rent this house about twice a year.

Went to Yuma for the first time to visit some family over the 4th of July weekend. We picked this place because we knew it was going to be unbearably hot and really wanted a pool. The place was spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though there were fireworks, they stopped around 10pm so that was nice. Really liked that the location was at the end of a cul-de-sac so we weren't getting people driving through the street. Close enough to the main area of the town with grocery stores, a theatre and shopping mall close by.

The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet

The property is poorly maintained and just generally janky. The pool was filthy, and wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. We tried cleaning the pool ourselves to make the best of an unpleasant situation, however the pool tools are broken. I jerry rigged the pool skimmer together so we could skim the debris from the top of the water in the mornings. The outside lights didnt work, the garbage disposal didnt work and was full of garbage, there were multiple burned out light bulbs, missing globes on light fixtures, there seemed to be leak under the guest room bathroom sink, and a childs potty chair staged to catch the water, the kitchen cupboards have some questionable food items that have been left in them, a towel bar in the primary bathroom is broken and there's a hole in the wall, theres a section of wall in one of the guest bedrooms that's just bare drywall, the record player doesn't work, there's a wall mounted soap holder outside that's being used as an ashtray that's full of butts, its just not well kept, and is in desperate need of some love.

It was a quiet place to stay and beautiful, pool was great

Longer stay than we are used to, but the house had all we needed. It was an older home (1960s) that had few updates, and had a number of cosmetic issues. The pool was great, location excellent, AC worked well as did all the appliances.

The house was lovely and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the great weather. The appliances were better than the ones I have at home, and most of mine are new. We managed to lock ourselves out of the house at one time, and the manager came right into town to let us in. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed.
