Stayed Dec 25, 2018We did not get to stay in the house I originally rented. Even though I paid in full and got several confirmations from vrbo. The owner said he did not receive notification of my reservation from vrbo so he had to book us in another rental that was too small and didn’t have enough beds. This was a very stressful trip because of our housing situation. I spent most of it sleeping on the floor in not the best accommodations because the original rental that I thought I had until the day of arrival was not available. And my elderly parents had to sleep in bunk beds which was very difficult for them. I will not be using vrbo again after this experience.
