Lovely Naples Home: Backyard Oasis w/ Pool!

The space and layout of the house was great for our family get away. There were many extras that were appreciated ...beach accessories, pool toys, etc. However, there were some basics missing...scissors, tape, kitchen towels. Communication was efficient and kind. The place needs some TLC and updates. We did have issues with ants and cockroaches. The locks weren't working on the pool room and the lock box is outdated for safety. The pool was not very clean...lots of dirt stirred up when we swam in it. I would describe the place as adequate, not amazing.

Something’s in the property like the ceiling fan in the master did not work, but overall it was nice. The kids didn’t want to leave the house. They had fun in the pool.

We had a great stay at Copper Leaf! House was everything and that much more for what you could want for your family to stay at while out of town. Owners were great to communicate with and very pleasant services provided by them. House was impeccably clean and the pool was clear and gorgeous to go in. 10/10 would recommend to stay here! Definitely would stay here again!

This rental was not intended. Our previous rental was unsafe for my special needs son. So for only 3 of us, this was a lot of house. However, it is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of great things in the area. The house was very clean and welcoming. It felt like home away from home. The pool was very nice! We were excited to FaceTime the rest of our family back home to show them how incredible it was, so when we all come back we can rent this place again! I would highly recommend. Being closer to the beach would be nice, however it is worth staying here.

The space was great for our 3 family group. Enough space for everyone to have a quiet spot. The pool area could use a good cleaning. The grill needs to be replaced, fire hazard. The freezer would leak water from the inside onto the floor, had to keep a towel underneath. There was a septic issue that was resolved as fast as the owner could get someone out there.

My family had a great time at this property! We would definitely stay again. It was quick and easy to text the property manager with any questions or concerns. The kitchen was equipped with enough supplies to make food, so we didn't have to go out to eat all the time. There's no cable TV, but with the smart TV you can log into your own account and watch shows that way. Most of the games are missing pieces, but you can still play them (such as Monopoly). The pool is in the center of the main house and pool house. It's mostly shaded, so the water stays pretty cool. It was in the low 80s when we stayed in Nov and the water was 66°. The kids didn't mind, and it was refreshing after a day in the sun.The 2 queen beds in the pool house were nice so no one had to share a room.This is a great place to stay while visiting Naples!

Our family of 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and spacious home for a quick 4 nights vacation. It was a pleasure communicating with Gina, our contact person. The owners also kindly reached out to us during our stay. All the amenities met our needs for our busy, adventurous family. We're beyond blessed with cherished memories at this lovely Naples home with its backyard oasis and pool.
