    This house was amazing, the photos do not really do it justice. It’s an easy walk to lovely views from cliffs, park over the road, easy stroll to local restaurants and stores. The house is very well appointed, labeled and the entire check in process, stay and communication were among the best we’ve had from a stay.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and conveniently located home. The house is even nicer than what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen is very large and is well stocked with everything that you could want. The house is great for lounging with comfortable couches to watch TV or have coffee outside and a meal at the patio table. The garden offers a lot of privacy with the tall bushes and felt nice and secluded, despite the house being next to a busy road. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk 3 minutes to Lazy Acres, a wonderful grocery store, along with many other stores. The only issue we found was that the master bedroom only had a small armoire and no actual closet. If you needed to hang pants or dresses, you had to use the hall closet, which is a fair walk from the bedroom. It seemed strange for such a spacious house, especially as the other two bedrooms had regular closets. However, we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying here again.

    The house itself is immaculately designed and in one of the most desirable locations in Santa Barbara. My two young kids had an incredible time and felt like they had a hotel experience. The homeowners have thought of every single accommodation, the house is clean and well designed. The kitchen is stocked, and all of the, small thoughtful notes and guest welcome gifts made for a super special experience. Couldn’t recommend more and looking forward to coming back again.

Close proximity to a playground across the street, a short drive to the Harbor / beaches and a short walk to some very good neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores; made it unbelievably convenient.
