Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove, Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Stayed Sep 25, 2023A pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 40-45 min train ride into London. You can catch a local bus to the train station fairly easy or get an uber to take you there in only about 10 min. There is a store for basics and a good fish, chip, chicken place withing walking distance. Entry was easy and it was nice all having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Stayed Apr 11, 2022We had a lovely stay. The communication with the owner was great. We had a smooth check in/out process. The property was a great location for us. Only a short walk to the Harry Potter studios which was the main part of our visit. We were a short walk to the local shops which had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future and would 100% recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely stay in the house, it has everything we needed for our family trip and it was perfect spot to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which is only 5 minute drive down the road.

Stayed Jul 21, 2021We had an excellent few days at the property. Great location with easy access to motorways and major roads set in a quiet residential area. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation. Equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dish washer and washer/drier. Communication with host was faultless. Would recommend.
