Stayed Jun 18, 2024After a very hard year, we decided to take a trip as a family. We spent hours looking for the right fit for a family of 8. This home was exactly that, the right fit. Simple but everything we needed. Clean. Our kids loved the double bunk beds. Everything we needed for the beach including chairs and toys for the kids were provided. The community pools were nice and we were grateful to have spent time in the family-friendly pool. We were hoping to find rest and this home truly provided space for us to rest and heal as a family. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved everything about this stay— the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We enjoyed all of the amenities, and how welcoming and cozy the home felt. We appreciated that there were bikes for us to ride. Wonderful stay and everything was so, so clean!! We will definitely be back!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Rendezvous was a great place to stay for our young family. The house was spacious, included everything we could have needed during our stay and even had an outdoor shower (great for washing off sand after the beach). The covered porch had rocking chairs to sit, relax and sip a cocktail after a long day. The community pools were clean, pond was stocked for fishing and the bike trails were paved and safe. You can tell the owners of this home really care for their current and future guests by decorating it beautifully and stocking needed items. Highly recommend staying here! Stayed Aug 22, 2022Our family enjoyed staying in this comfortable home for five days. It is 15 minutes from Fenwick Island State Park beach. We appreciated that the house had beach chairs and beach towels etc.

Stayed Jul 8, 2022Beautiful home and a nice sub-division (friendly Neighbors). It's convenient to the beaches and they have all the essentials for your trips to the beach (beach chairs, towels, floaties, small cooler) My family also got great use out of the bikes. Another big plus is the house comes with all the bed linens and bath towels. The only things on my wish list for improvements are 1- an outdoor grill and or fire pit. 2- a TV in the master bedroom. 3-more pool bands (without an extra fee). I have already recommended this home to a close friend!

Stayed Jun 17, 2022Home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. But there was an unauthorized charge of $125 added to my credit card without my permission.I called and emailed property manager and was told charge was for pool amenities. In the contract I stated I didn't want amenities. I was told unfortunately the charge couldn't be removed. I will contact my credit card company because no one had permission to add extra charges without my knowledge.
