We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunset and we used the golf cart to get around as well.

Came with all the necessities and clean for the most part. High touch/contact areas did appear to need to be wiped down upon our arrival but that was an easy fix! Golf cart was provided and easy to use. House is in a great location for the beach and other amenities.

Fishing, bayside beach and views of the bay are close by. Access to the golf cart was an added bonus that we fully took advantage of and enjoyed while exploring around Bayside! This was a great vacation and getaway! We certainly will be back!

The provided golf cart makes access to those areas convenient. Caution should be taken to avoid the under age kids speeding in their golf carts!The house was perfectly described in the description on the website. The house was clean on arrival and appeared well maintained. A minor issue was that the porch lights were burned out and we had to replace. The furniture in the living room was clean but showing wear as expected in a rental house. The open design of the living, kitchen,and dining rooms was perfect for a vacation home. The ac unit was able to keep the house cool during the heat wave for the week of 6/30 to 7/7. We received exceptional service from the rental manager!We had dinner one night at Paradise Grill, the food was ok but nothing special, the entertainment was ok that night. Other area restaurant and food places visited was Yellow Fins which was outstanding, Long Neck Deli for submarines and steak sandwiches was excellent! The beaches were clean but very crowded, the pools were clean and refreshing, the outlets were great, especially with no Delaware sales tax.It was convenient for us, since our family were a short distance from our bayside home.We would highly recommend this rental house.
