The home and location was fantastic. Most of the house was clean. The only issue we had was everything in the kitchen was dirty. All the plates, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensiles, etc. required cleaning before use. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable.
Size, beds, and garage we’re absolutely perfect.
This place has an ant infestation and we ended up having to throw out some of our food. The dryer is not heating properly and clothes needed 3 cycles of drying before dry. Beds are lumpy, need updated. No real TV options. Dishwasher only rinses, door to soap dispenser not opening. Refrigerator leaking water on the floor. Code to pool wrong in house folder x 2, called property manager and got a 3rd wrong one and then finally got the 4th code that was correct for the pool code. Shingles missing on the roof. Backyard definitely doesn’t look like the photos. Umbrella to patio table no longer has any fabric on it and some of the spines are broken off and on the ground, furniture cushions all over the yard, decorative lights broken and hanging.
Great location. Quite neighborhood. Easy check in and check out process.
The house was clean and comfortable. We would book again.
The location is a bit far from town but we knew that. It’s a good little community which mostly rents to the off-road crowd (garage is key). This suited our needs. The community pool is great. Ultimately this house met our basic needs and didn’t detract from our stay. However it didn’t add to the overall experience either. It’s getting VERY tired from continuous renting. Deficiencies included: oven door that fell apart when opened, dishwasher that appears to work but doesn’t actually clean anything, lighting that is either broken or missing (compared to photos), badly rusted out BBQ, poorly equipped kitchen, both bathroom sinks plugged with hair, TV’s not connected to anything (except a bluray dvd player but no dvd’s). There’s more but I don’t want to nitpick. We understand that things can get overlooked when renting a unit week after week but this unit just comes across as “tired”. No idea how this unit received a +4 rating. The good news is if there’s anything urgent to attend to, the property manager (Vacasa) is responsive. We weren’t about to give them a list of deficiencies during our stay since we were always dirt biking but I did tell them about the oven and they were willing to fix it asap. It wouldn’t take much effort to get this place back to +4 rating but something needs to change. And no smartTV, cableTV or anything in this day and age is just being cheap. It does indicate that in the list of features but it’s easy to miss.
The house was clean and mostly ready for us when we checked in. There was no toilet paper provided and all of the comforters for the bed were located on top of the washing machine and were not clean. The cooking utensils were lacking but plates, cups, and silverware were all there. The house had some maintenance issues that they will hopefully take care of. It had snowed while we were there and once it started melting water came in through the HVAC vents and ceiling due to missing shingles on the roof. Over all the house is in a good location and the check out process was easy.
This home was in a nice quiet location with plenty of trailer parking and a full two car garage. Clean and well stocked. Only thing that could use an upgrade was the tv. Most don’t come to the area to watch tv but we missed it in the evenings. Not a smart tv and you could cast to the tv or use the bluedisc device to login to your own accounts but the internet was too slow to support either most of the time. Other than that, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again.
Great property to stay when visiting Moab ! The location was just far enough from downtown that the noise of the city was not heard. Spent 5 nights and since it's a low outdoor light area the stars where easily seen from the patio which would be great for a larger group. Views of the La Sal mountains from this location are awesome too ! The beds were a little soft for me but with all the hiking we did sleep came quickly ! Having a garage to drive into each evening was a great feature since it snowed and rained. All in all GREAT experience with this location and would recommend it !
Kitchen was well stocked with basics, nice living area seating, beds were comfortable
The house was comfortable and in good repair. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with 10 minute, easy access to Moab downtown. There were a couple of things that would have it a perfect stay. 1) The knives in the kitchen were very dull and dangerous to cut with. We cut up apples and tomatoes, and the knives were barely able to do that task. 2) Staying for a week, there should be more toilet paper supplied. We ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom, with 1/3 roll left in the other bath. Tenants should never have to worry about running out of toilet paper. 3) The decoration was a bit junky. The dining room had a rack with four plant pots with dirt but no plants. If the plants had died, the pots should be removed. Some details like this made it feel like the place was not well cared for, which is unjustified.
The home is spacious, clean, well appointed and close but not too close to everything. We enjoyed the quiet community & the huge two car garage. We really were able to decompress and enjoy our vacation with this lovely home.
This is a home listed through Vacasa, posted on VRBO. This is the second time I've stayed in a Vacasa home and both times I've had issues and no one is available to help. When I rent from VRBO it's usually the owner you speak to if you need help with something, but with Vacasa you have to call an 800 number. I sat on hold for 20 minutes, no one ever answered. I texted all of the #s that sent me info (re: check in, etc) and finally heard back from one. Over the course of 4 hours I got 3 text msgs, never did fix the problem. When I complained about the wait they said they were having higher than normal call volumes. Ok, maybe, but I've worked customer service quite a bit and never have I ever started helping someone and then left and randomly checked back in every hour. You talk to one person, try to solve their issue and then go to the next. Two problems. The TV is not connected to the internet so you can't stream anything. They say you can, but you absolutely can not because the tv is in no way connected to the internet nor does it seem capable of being. If the tv can't access wifi you can't chromecast and stream to the tv. We tried everything we could think of, every setting, googled it, no luck. After 12 hours dealing with customer service i gave up. The second was that they gave me one pool code, it was wrong. There was another one in the book in the house, it was also wrong. I had to get another guest to give me their code so we could access the pool. No pool and no streaming to the tv would've been pretty big letdown foe my kids, luckily we got a code feom another guest and we weren't staying that long. Also all of the smoke alarms were disconnected and sitting on the kitchen counter, which is a bit of a safety issue. And both of the doors to the patio were really hard to open and close.
Great location
Good
This home was great for our trip! Cost effective ,large garage, and plenty of space for ours Mountain bikes.
Nice enough home only a few miles out of town. Cleanliness was good but not immaculate. It could use upgrades in the beds, bedding, towels and kitchen supplies, especially at the price point, but not terrible overall.
