Stayed Oct 2, 2025The rooms were clean . Everything we needed was there! Shampoo , dish soap, laundry detergent! We had plenty of towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable! The bedrooms were warm, but we brought our own fans because we read previous comments. It was a spacious . We would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The property was very clean and pleasant. The hosts gave reasonable expectations for our stay. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be nice to better circulate the air, since the rooms were a little warm and the pedestal fans didn’t really cool. Hosts were so friendly and helpful!

Stayed Jan 2, 2024My crew and I were in KC to finish a project and stayed here for 10 days. Hosts were very accommodating and overall we were very happy with the townhome. We would return again if working in the KC area.

Stayed Oct 5, 2023I was so impressed with the host's very quick response time to my questions! As a new user of VRBO, there were a lot of questions before and after I booked the reservation, and I was never made to feel like I was bothering him! The house was lovely - exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet - we never heard outside traffic or neighbors. We were in Grandview for my son's wedding, and the house was the perfect place for us to unwind between wedding preparations and activities, and to decompress at the end of our very busy days!
