Stayed Nov 25, 2025We had such a great experience at this home over Thanksgiving week. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated—modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The owner clearly has great taste and went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, like fresh donuts waiting for us when we arrived.Check-in was a breeze, and we were especially grateful that the home was ready early at noon (instead of the scheduled 3:00 p.m.), which made a huge difference after a long day of travel.The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Comfortable furnishings throughout made the stay relaxing, and we especially loved the Blackstone grill for outdoor cooking and the fire pit for cozy evenings.The neighborhood is up-and-coming with lots of new development, and we found plenty of stores and restaurants within a 10-minute drive.Overall, this home was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025We had a very comfortable stay while visiting relatives in Avondale. This home is fresh and updated. We appreciated the backyard seating area and covered porch with rockers and porch swing. The neighborhood is the Sanctuary which has several HOA parks to walk to from the house. The location is a great springboard the Estrella mountain Regional Park (15 min) and White Tank Regional Park (30min). The owner was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. We hope to stay here again when we return!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Property was clean. Hosts were thoughtful and communicative. Great home away from home. We were just in town for the weekend for a book convention and wanted somwthing away but close to the venue
