Lovely Home Close to Bike Path and Beach!

Great Stay for the Weekend.

The Del Mar support staff was very accommodating. The home centrally located. The home was comfortable. A bit more cluttered than expected. No cupboard space to place vacationers items. Cleaning staff does a great job dusting.

What a privilege to stay in such a perfect location and size which accommodated all of our needs…would hope to return soon

This is a lovely house that is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is very close to the Cape Cod rail Trail and is an easy bike ride to Coast Guard beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This property was perfect for a last minute get away. Wonderful neighborhood, easily accessible to beaches and other towns. House was super comfy and allowed ample room for space and comfort for our family of four and our dog. The boys loved the ping pong and air hockey. Great outdoor area. Mom loved the comfy areas to cur up and read. Property Manager was extremely communicative. The house was very clean, had all the amenities, easy check in/checkout. Would definitely stay here again, due to location and comfort of house.

We had a wonderful time at this house in Eastham. Everything was terrific - the house, the property, the location, and the ease and pleasure of working with the property managers. I come to Cape Cod regularly for work, and we would love to rent this property again. It was a total pleasure. Thank you!

The house was very clean with a comfortable and cosy vibe. Ours was a group of eight family members, including two kids and a baby. We were on Cape for a funeral in March, so did’t spend much time at the house and made no use of any of the outdoor amenities. My only concern was that the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom sagged - I tended to roll toward my larger husband. The kitchen/dining room was a very nice gathering space as was the family room. Overall, the house met our needs well for a short stay.

The house was very clean and spacious - way more than we needed for 4 people. The yard was well kept and lots of room for the dogs. The location was also perfect! The property manager was very kind and attentive and quickly fixed a problem we discovered upon check in. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the house, especially the kitchen, dining room, and tv room. Close to beaches and freshwater ponds. Great stay!

The home provided everything we needed to enjoy a great week on the cape. We were able to cook, do laundry, and even have a fire in the firepit and roast marsh mellows.... Great location to ride bikes and navigate anywhere on the cape. We will return again soon!
