Lovely home 5 minutes Daytona Beach

Great space!

Clean house that was great for 5 guys to go to the Rolex 24.Easy to get in and out of and plenty of hot water for showers.

Host was communicative and the house was good for our family of four for a few days. Small details were off - funny layout, light switches in odd places, all the lighting is florescent, the living room chandelier glares on the TV, no hand towels, rust on some bathroom fixtures, and some tiles were unfinished. Freight trains travel through the area and honk frequently throughout the nights, which woke most of us. But the AC is excellent, the kitchen is pretty well equipped, no complaints about the beds. We enjoyed visiting the Old Sugar Mill down the street.

The house was exactly what we needed, plenty of space for us and the kids and plenty of parking. The place was very clean inside. We were in town for a car show, and the yard and driveway was accommodating for all of our vehicles and trailers. The neighbor on the corner seemed friendly as well. We had car troubles the first couple days of our stay, and having the room to address the issues was a big plus for us. The house was great, the only things I missed having was hand towels and wash cloths, but a quick trip to the nearby store and we were set. We had 2 families so we brought in a couple of our folding chairs in at night for extra seating in the living room as there is only the one couch. I’d say everything was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly is always a plus as well. Thanks for sharing your house, we look forward to staying here again.

Check in was smooth, place was nice, and host was very responsive. Vey close to everything, including the beach.

Came in for just a couple of nights stay, wanted to be close to Daytona and all the action, but wanted to stay in more of a quiet off the path place and this was perfect! Lovely home, clean with upgraded appliances and fixtures. Plenty of beds and room for the family and friends in our group. Definitely will be staying here again!

The house was very nice. It was spacious. If staying here be prepared to bring your own bathroom and some kitchen necessities though. The back yard was a nice size but not manicured at all. Also, for a space of that size I would've expected a patio set. Overall it's an okay house for a short trip like ours was.

6 of us stayed in the home. Everything was clean and in order. Both showers hot and cold water is backward. Barely turn the faucet on and water is HOT. turn it all the way for cold. 2nd bathroom sink has low water pressure. But everything worked fine. Internet strong enough to stream our firestick and phones. Washer and dryer did a few loads of laundry. And when I asked the host about check out. It was super easy to do. Great weekend for a place to help me check off a bucket list item.

Every time after shower, rod and curtain would fall. Had to purchase wash clothes, none provided. Tvs not work unless you have subscriptions. Non-working lamps and back yard bulbs. No Smoke or Carbon monoxide detectors

THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND GOOD LOCATION FOR THE CAR SHOW. WOULD STAY AGAIN.
