Venice Beach has dolphin and manatee watching, kayak/jet ski/boat rentals, fishing off of the pier. Caspersen Beach is close by and is known for it's abundance of shark teeth for collecting. You are also only 30 minutes away from Sarasota and the famous Siesta Key Beach!

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Great place to stay. Everything super clean. Owner was great and responded back to us right away when we had questions. Back patio, lanai and pool was very relaxing. Pool was a little cool for us so we didn’t get to enjoy it. 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. Would highly recommend staying here

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Cleanliness and safety are two of the biggest concerns I have when I travel, and this place put my mind at ease the moment we walked in! The house felt like home away from home: the house was very well-organized. For example, fixtures were modern and labeled, linens were sorted, and our host took the time to create a catalogued binder of things to do in the area. We really loved our stay and booked an extra night. Thank goodness that was an option! There were games for us to enjoy, and the host even stayed signed in to Netflix. You will be very happy with your stay at this location.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Place was nice and clean, kicthen could use some more larger pots and pans for bigger groups, but still adequate. Newer appliances and where clean. More towels and hand towels for bathroom and kitchen needed also. But this was not a big deal for us, made it work. The pool and outdoor area where spot on....pool was absolutely clutch with it being as warm as it was there. Pool was spotless and perfect temp for us. Location was perfect for the beach and downtown. We have friends in same neighborhood, so worked out awesome. Owner responded to our questions very quickly. We plan on going back this fall or winter.
