Lovely Dog Friendly Beach Home Close to Everything.

We loved staying here! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Easy to get to the bay side, the ocean side and it's a quick trip up to Provincetown. The layout of the house is great, and the porch, patio and fire pit were out to good use!

The home is very cosy and a fun place to stay. The kitchen is super well equipped. There were four adults and a three year old and we had plenty of room. The only comment would be - if you do not sleep well on a soft bed, this might not be the place for you. The two queens were too soft for either of my adult daughters, who ended up taking the twin beds. I slept on one queen as did my son in law, and by the end we started to weary of sinking in so far!!! Otherwise, perfect!

Very cozy house with a modern kitchen and plenty of cookware and lots of light. There were extra towels and bedding, TV trays etc for comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the place. We had an issue with the hair dryer, and it was replaced IMMEDIATELY. Kevin and Diane were extremely responsive and very accommodating

The house was perfect for our group! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful- we went out to dinner one night and the other night we ate dinner around the roomy kitchen island. We enjoyed chatting and relaxing in the living room. It was a wonderful weekend and we would love to stay there again on our next trip to the Cape

The property was as advertised, great location, quite setting, driving distance to Nauset Light beach, Coast Guard beach and Nauset beach in Orlean. Kevin was proactive and everything went smoothly. Looking forward to going back.

This house was very comfortable to stay in! The kitchen had a variety of spices, oil for cooking, aluminum foil to sandwich bags to use. It was very quiet which helped as we were out shooting at night until the wee hours of the morning! :-) The pictures provided are very accurate as well. The host was easy to communicate with and replied to questions really quickly. I loved the video provided on how to use the door lock - very helpful!

We find Eastham to be the best spot on the Cape for us, and we've rented 6-7 properties there over the years. This one was by far the best. Often, rentals will lack basic items (measuring cups, a collander, etc.). We found everything we needed. And we enjoyed the family photos, too!

Great place. Centrally located to all of the cape. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice private yard with plenty of space. Full size bright kitchen with all necessities.Great communication with owner. Looking forward to a return trip. needed.

My wife and I spent a week here. Due to weather factors we weren’t able to use everything available outdoors but the home and location were perfect! The owners are always responsive and very friendly. They gave us suggestions on places to eat and to visit during our stay. There is room for a family to stay very comfortably. It was like being at home with all the amenities available. The home is warm and inviting and perfectly decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

Just what we oldsters needed, quiet, immaculate and comfortable home. Our 14 year old was comfortable as well. Quick drive to watch the sun set on Nauset Beach; we have not been there in years. We highly recommend any size family to select this charming and comfortable home for vacation or family gathering

We’ve been coming to the Outer Cape for decades. This has to be the most comfortable place that we have stayed so far. Clean and homey. We will be back!

We needed a place to stay other than a hotel so that our family had space to gather. The many seating options (living area, dining area, stools at kitchen counter) were perfect. We appreciated that we did not have to bring linens, and that the kitchen had many drinking glasses. This home would be perfect for an extended visit to Cape Cod..

We loved our stay! The house is actually nicer than the photos. Bright, clean, comfy, everything you could want/need is already in the home. Located close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants…. The quintessential cape house and experience…The kids wanted to stay forever… we hope to be back again!

A friend and I and her two dogs just spent a three night stay in this lovely home. Super clean! Super cozy! Completely stocked with everything one needs for a little vacation…soaps, sheets, spices… The kitchen is big, beautiful and bright. The three bedrooms are pristine and comfortable. The dining area and living room are both warm and welcoming with a fun beachy vibe. We also loved the area as many beaches are super close, as are restaurants and shops. I would stay here again, even off season like this past trip. I happily, and highly, recommend this home.

A time to rest after the holidays. Relaxing

Perfect holiday vacation for all of us- our dog Harlie had a wonderful first Christmas! The house was the perfect size and the bed was SO comfortable. Two great bathrooms- one with a large jacuzzi tub (so relaxing). The kitchen was perfectly designed with a large central countertop, large fridge, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook a great meal. Thank you- we’ll be back!

That’s a AAA rating! 🤓 Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, with all the utensils you need to cook! Bikes for riding the trails, great location if you love the national seashore. And you hosts answer questions quickly, help when they can, all around great rental!

Overall, our stay was good. We visited in the off season so the crowds were low. The home location was good - halfway up the Cape. We arrived and easily entered the home. We struggled to find light as most lights were not on switches and nor plugged into the wall. We then were surprised to see 4 unmade beds. I contacted the owner who promptly informed me they don’t make the beds but leave sheets for our use at the end of the beds. There weren’t any sheets on the ends of the beds but we were directed to the correct storage cabinet. I am not thrilled with making my own bed on vacation - never have I seen this at all of my stays nor at our own rental. But minor thing and the owner was communicative. Clean, but damp, sheets and towels were left in the dryer. The owner insisted on picking them up - he did not want me drying and folding them. Appreciate that. Beds were soft, kitchen was comfortable. The home was chilly even with the wall heat units. My son enjoyed having bikes to use. Would I stay again? No. But I think this can be great for another family. Thanks for hosting!

Wonderful house. Conveniently located right off Rt. 6.

We have stayed here twice prior to our recent stay. We have never been disappointed. It is truly wonderful!!!!

Wonderful central Cape Cod location- we enjoyed hanging out and playing games in between seeing the Beautiful Cape- it rained a bit and was chilly so we didn't get to enjoy the outside space but inside was cozy nad comfortable!

If you're looking for a Spartan atmosphere, this might not be the place for you. The collection of nautical tchotchkes is truly incredible! But the kitchen is great, spacious and well stocked. Living room sitting area is very comfortable, encouraging long evenings of reading or reminiscing. Bedrooms and bathrooms less special but quite satisfactory, with an ample supply of towels and stacks of extra pillows in the closets. It took us most of our 4-day stay to figure out the hot water in the showers, one toilet only flushed on every 2nd try, and the kitchen faucet wanted to stay on the spray setting. But these were minor complaints in an overall excellent stay. satisfacsized. Come with plenty towels.

The weather was not ideal but the property was charming and perfect for our weekend. It was clean and the extra touches were appreciated.

This property was a great choice for our family. We loved the large island in the kitchen and the seating that it afforded us. The outdoor furniture and fire pit was comfortable and we used it a lot! The house was charming with all of the beach decorations throughout all of the rooms. The bathrooms were a nice size as were the three bedrooms. The house was well stocked with towels (beach and bathroom), paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this house.
