Lovely, contemporary home w/private pool/hot tub, easy beach access, central AC

Good amenities especially having bathroom in each bedroom. Lots of space in the house. Could improve cleaning the house. Overall was a good stay.

Check-in process was very easy. Kitchen had every possible item you could possibly need - including multiple full-size refrigerators!

This was our first time renting a beach house, and were absolutely floored by the appearance, condition and location to the beach! The home had so many amenities - particularly in the kitchen, pool and 'toy shed'. Multiple full-size refrigerators, large ice machine, and accommodations for large groups of people. We will absolutely stay here again if available! Thank you for a memorable family reunion beach vacation!

We loved the nearness to the beach, the quietness of the neighborhood, the comfortable and clean beds, bathrooms for every bedroom, the well thought out kitchen and living space, and the refreshing pool area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is spacious, comfortable, and well equiped. The pool and hot tub were clean and very usable. My only (minor) complaint is that in a home of this quality the towels should be more than basic.

We rented this house for a family vacation with 3 generations. The bedroom setups with an attached bathroom on each bedroom (except the downstairs bunk beds) was very convenient. The main floor living area had recently been remodeled for a more open concept which made it a great space for everyone to gather. We really liked the 2 full refrigerators between the kitchen and the coffee bar area along with the ice machine. The kitchen was fully stocked in terms of plates, cups, crock pots, skillet, etc. with a few spices in the cupboards. In the outdoor storage room there were multiple bikes, a stroller, a couple beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few beach toys. one downside was the lack of shade offered on the decks and by the pool. There is some space in the outdoor cabana and one table with an umbrella, otherwise everything was full sun. The deck was nice in the evening when the house provided shade. The kids loved the pool and it was very close to beach access. There is a small market right down the road, otherwise there are more grocery stores within 15 minutes Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking it again!

The house was amazing!!! Plenty of room for our big extended growing family. Extremely well stocked, two ovens, two dishwashers and four refrigerators!! Wow!! The pole and hot tub were perfect for the afternoons after going to the beach and especially if it was not a beach day due to weather. We loved that the pool/hot tub was fenced in very well separate from the house, so that the younger grandchildren couldn’t get in there. FYI ~ for future guests there are 6 bikes there (4 adult and 2 children’s). We loved every minute and would definitely stay again!!!

We have stayed in several VRBO properties over the last 5 years. This property ranks very high on the list because of the amenities and service. I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils. Our family love to play games and there were soooo many choices. The property itself is close to many stores, restaurants, etc. There was ample parking spaces. Finally, we had a problem with the TV in the main living space. We were concerned because we love to watch football. I was amazed at how fast the technician (Mike) got there and how fast the problem was resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautiful and comfortable. However, the bedroom in basement was misleading. The bunk beds were in a dark space with just a1/2 bathroom no shower. There kitchen was well appointed but we found one of the cabinet kitchen doors was broken. Otherwise being so close to the ocean was perfect.

Property was directly across street from beach and offered a lot of amenities. There was just some ongoing miscommunication with Vacasa that impacted us. And they are working to resolution so that communication was helpful

This house was as close to the beach as could be without actually being on the beach! We had two families meeting for the first time. There was plenty of space for gathering and finding solitude, even on a rainy day. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked with dishes, silverwear, appliances and basic spices. The pool was a hit with the kids, especially as there was a beach warning while we were there. We knew to bring our own beach towels from the check-in details and had family nearby for extra dishwashing tabs and garbage. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the pool , hot tub and the cabana bar the inside of the house was very beautiful we all would stay there again. I would have given a 5 star rating but the cleaning could have been alot better

Huge home. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. My husband and I and our son are from Ga. My daughter her husband and three grandkids and three great grandkids are from Delaware. So we all meet for a family vacation. Loved having our own pool and hot tub. And being so close to the beach. The best of two worlds. We also loved being able to use the bicycles. Great time and a lot of memories. Thanks

Eight adults and 7 children aged 6 to 18 had a great week at Lacado Brista! There is plenty of space for everyone to gather or to have their own private space if needed. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach(although it does not have waterview) and the pool area with a hot tub, gazebo bar and refrigerator. It also helped that we had PERFECT weather all week after the area was hit with a tropical storm the week before.

Beautiful beach community. Very little commercial and only one condo complex so never crowded. Just five miles away any type of shopping venue as available.

The amount of bedrooms & large living area enhanced our experience with our 3 generation family vacation.
