Stayed Jul 12, 2025This was our second summer renting this house and it was lovely both times! Wonderful location for Nauset light beach and all Eastham amenities. Also not far to drive to Orleans or PTown. Nice home with convenient comforts: Ac, cable, outdoor shower, dishes, coffee maker.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We had a wonderful week in Eastham at this home. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, but it could easily have fit more people. The rooms are spacious and they have everything you need in the kitchen. We loved the deck and the outdoor shower. The location was perfectly situated to get to the beaches and out to the trail and shops and restaurants!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024My family had a wonderful stay at this sweet house, that looked out on peaceful stands of trees and felt secluded. The central AC was such a gift during this very hot and humid week!! The kitchen had all we needed to cook many meals there, and having the washer/dryer access was so helpful. The outdoor shower was perfect for these hot days after beach trips. The swing, hammock, deck were nice bonuses, too. We loved the location, both in town and on the Cape. Communication with Vacasa was instant on most occasions. Such a great experience and we thank them for providing us with such a lovely home to stay in for our much needed vacation to our favorite place!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location,very comfortable. Lots of ants! Wifi bill not paid so we were out of TV and internet for 2.5 days. Vacasa has promised compensation.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Our family went and it was a nice surprise that we didn’t need to bring anything with us. Everything we needed was already there. The yard was big and the kids were able to ride there bikes around. Even on our one raining day we stayed in and played board games that were there. Thank you!!
