Lovely beach getaway in Manzanita/Nehalem

Comfortable home with great decor! Loved walking around the nature conservancy. Close to Manzanita and Nehalem restaurants. Communication with our host was fantastic! Looking forward to staying again :-)

Beautiful home close to everything we needed!

Kitchen was well and thoughtfully supplied, as was the entire house. Located on a quiet street with incredible views of the small valley, the house was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a fabulous property. Everything is top notch from the spacious garage, to the furnishings, the tasteful decor, the fireplace, the nice beds and plush towels. I really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio overlooking the elk ranch. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here!

The house is spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Towels, linens and pillows are of good quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a perfect stay.

Might be the best rental property Ive stayed at. Beautiful and spotless. Located about 20 min south of Cannon Beach. Also close to Tillamook and Manzanita. My 10-year-old son loved the fire pit and watching the elk roam the adjacent field. Perfect spot to visit the popular coastal towns and then retreat to someplace quiet. Would unquestionably recommend staying here.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The baby loved finding the basket of toys!

Easy check-in! Love the decor and quiet setting. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Especially enjoyed nice decor, electric fireplace and lights on the patio. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Manzanita! The house was very clean & the hosts were very responsive when we needed help getting the AC to turn on. Great location close to the beach-you can also see Elk from the backyard! My only suggestion is some extra fans in the other rooms because it got a little warm at night sleeping under a duvet cover. Cutest vrbo I've ever stayed in- thank you!!!

This place was Great! Nice and close to the beach and a store. The backyard was perfect for the kids when we were hanging back. The visit from the elk was a delightful treat. Jay & Cheryl were wonderful and totally accommodated our special request and made it the perfect Family vacation!

This house is just perfect for our needs. The rooms are large. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and couches. The property is beautifully landscaped and in a quiet, private neighborhood. We plan to use this house as our go-to for future beach trips.

We loved our time here! The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated the extra amenities like the many games and all the gear we needed for a day at the beach. The backyard and views were incredibly peaceful. It was a great location for exploring the Oregon coast, and we enjoyed the proximity to the towns of Manzanita and Nehalem. What a great house and location- seeing the elk in the nature preserve was a treat. The house is clean and met all expectations. It’s close enough to the ocean and beach towns but away from the congestion. Hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in OR, and the home we chose was a welcome place to come back to after each day we spent out traveling and enjoying our time together.It was kept extremely clean and well stocked with items such as, flour, sugar, olive oil and multiple spices to cook with, which was super helpful when we needed a basic ingredient to use.Every evening, we were greeted by a heard of Elk which roam the protected grounds across the street, so it was quite enjoyable for our family to watch them play and graze as we enjoyed our evenings.We have stayed at several VRBOs over the years, and this is one that will hold its spot at the top, due to the location, cleanliness, comfort and welcoming nature of the owners.It was a super special spot for our family, and we enjoyed smores around the fire pit on our last evening in OR, complete with amazingly friendly neighbors, 40 Elk for our backdrop, and two sweet little birds who flew in right above us and nestled into their spot in the corner of the ceiling on the porch. The house is spotless, cheery, and has everything you need. We were able to see elk across the road our first night there! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Communication was easy and check in smooth. Would stay again!

Had a lovely stay the house and garden were very relaxing.

Great location, all the amenities we could ask for, fully stocked kitchen, even had charcoal provided for the bbq grill and beach chairs to use. Very comfortable space for our group.

Not only did the accommodations exceed expectations, the yard was amazing! Since it was chilly, we used the fire pit nightly talking story. Across the street a herd of elk presented themselves to us which we immensely enjoyed! Being from Hawaii, we totally enjoyed this life style.

This house was ideal for our family gathering. The house was so clean and one of the best equipped places I have ever stayed. While not walkable to the beach it is a very short drive to Mazanita Beach. We all agreed the best place to stay.

Nice home comfy beds. Good food

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet location. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Kitchen well-equipped although the salt and pepper shakers on the shelf were empty. Huge TV with many channels available, but we 3 old ladies were unable to navigate the remote to find local channels - would have liked to watch the Olympics but couldn't find the channel. Would have appreciated a TV for dummies instruction sheet. Overall an excellent experience.

Our grandson called this beautiful home our holiday home. Close to area beaches

This house was perfect for our needs, we stayed here for a family reunion in Manzanita and loved it. The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need for the 5 days we were there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the yard was great to hang out in and make smores. The binder and directions were all very helpful, my only comment would be maybe getting a bar for the guest bath shower, it is a bit slippery.
